First of all let understand what frustration

Frustration when you are unable to change or fulfill something or when you are being pressured about something it could either be family pressure, business pressure, society pressure, pressure from your workplace or your relationship and unrealistic expectations.

Stress can make a person frustrated, isolating yourself from friends or family members, when you are being Timid,depression is too much. Anxiety when you are trying to achieve something but it's not working or coming to fight.

Being aware of what is frustrating you by identifying the feeling helps a lot

Relaxation rest no matter the pressure you can have interpersonal communication with others who care. Listen to Good music, undergo breathing exercises by taking deep breath with mouth wide open hold for 2-3 second then you release slowly through the noise and tell yourself to relax and get adequate sleep, be organized and eat healthy diet learn to eat well and consume fruit a lot it's very good for our health focus on something you love or cherish avoid procrastination learn to accept things that you can't change.

Remember thinking too much can cause Hypertension and when your blood pressure is high it can result in weakness of the heart which is not good for our health and to maintain a healthy life we must learn How to manage or avoid frustration.
