We are planning a huge ecosystem for RaceValley, which may take a few years to be completed. Well, the term "completed" might not be appropriated here. We have a solid idea of what we want to make, of course we are going to create a lot more than what we are planning at this moment.

We are very ambitious and we are not willing to release a crappy game. Everyone is expecting the game to be a 3D game with awesome graphics and physics, but we cannot develop something like that in a few weeks.

That's why we have been working on a smaller gamemode first.

Turbo Circuit

Everyone should be familiar with drag races, right? Now, imagine a drag race with curves where you also need to drift. That's right, this may be something a bit different from what you were expecting but it's going to be quite fun.

So, the car is accelerating and you need to shift the gear. When is near a curve the car starts slowing down and if you drift at the right time, the car won't lose speed until you finish the curve.

This may look simple, but actually it's more complicated than it seems. You do not drive the car, the car knows when to turn, when to accelerate and slow down. You can just start a race and go grab a coffee. ☕️
Keep in mind that if you do that, the chances of winning are quite low since the car will be on the first gear throught the entire race.

Release Date

This gamemode is planned to be released this summer along with our first collection of cars.
Until then, you can participate on our events so that you can start earning items and maybe and early access key. 😱

Style

Now you may be wondering, so is the game 2D, 3D, 4D? 🤔
This first gamemode is 2D. Everything on the website is 2D. The marketplace is 2D, all your cars are also going to be 2D images.

How? Basically we have the car models, with all the parts and colors. Everytime you open a crate or equip a part to your car, our servers are going to generate an image of your car in different angles. These images are the ones being used on the website.

This way we don't need to worry about it being 2D or 3D. They're both. The website keeps being lightweight with 2D images, the 3D game also have your cars as how they should be, and everything keeps being nice and clean. 😉
