Needlework monday:Learning textured granny square pattern

(Video edited in capcut) Hello everyone. Hope you all are doing and enjoying good mental health. I've been doing crochet for a while now and i pretty know all the regular patterns . So I want to learn new pattern that are difficult and not easy to make. So I did a little research and tried to find a bit complex pattern. So I came across this textured granny square pattern and I thought I should definitely try it.

This time I tried different projects. I now know how to crochet amugrumis and easy stuff. I am now upgrading myself by learning different and challenging stitches and projects. This time I just made a granny squares. But when I got the final result I could tell that if I extend this pattern this would give a nicest rug for room. But I stopped myself for just a squares to learn more valuable things and then I am going to make a large project at once which will have no mistakes and will be a perfection.

Grannny squares patterns all have a basic rule to make a square as a base. Which includes doing a mgr and 3dc and 2c and do this 4 times and you will get a base .

For the above round you need to do 3 dc or the pattern you are going to follow. For me this is a unexpectedly new. So in the third round I had to make textured stitches. Which includes making 2dc and 4 chains and then sc in first round. I mean it's difficult to explain and was also difficult to make.
At first I was going to use only one colored yarn but then I realized that was not visible enough . Even I did good job it would not be visible in picture. So I used a bright colored yarn to make it more visible.

I think this is visible enough to be seen through picture. Oh!! I remember that this pattern also includes flipping of work like after a round you need to flip your work to get the thing you want. I forgot it one time and then I made that round again.
Like the last time my sister took it from me saying she will place it on her table. I felt proud 😎that the things I make can be used in my home.
I think we should try different things and expose ourselves to different challenges and difficulties that if they came In our life for real we can be able to face them .
That was all about the process. I hope you like the result.

Don't forget to comment your opinions.
See you again 😊 😘.
Take care 🙂 .
Bye bye 💞 👋.
