Breathing Inside the Old Ruins
Hello Chester!
The city in the Northwest England is old enough to be labeled as "ancient" and indeed, it is. Mostly sorrunded by roman architecture, notably City Walls builts around Roman time and historical Roman Amphitheatre, the Tudor-styled half-woodedn houses are a thing to behold. Not to mention the enormous and old Cathedrals, the fascinating beauty of river Dee and its sorroundings are captivating enough to seize the time unless it's chilly enough.
Fortunately, it was warmer today, so, I thought why not take a walk around and enjoy the sun while it lasts. And to put me in surprise, the sky was way brighter today.
So, I took my phone out and guess what, the sun was suddenly overshadowed by a hoist of clouds.
As disappointing as it may get, I put my phone back to my pocket but I knew it's just a matter of time the sun will shine again.
And there it goes... Click! Click! Click!
hiya, it's me

Such a beautiful walk I am glad the clouds moved away and gave you a nice day Chester is such a beautiful area, if I am not mistaken I visited there about 20 or more years ago so this brough back nice memories
Thanks for joining the Wednesday Walk, its my pleasure to host it and see all the posts each week from all around the world, including yours, if you have time visit some of the other walks this week there are so many interesting ones
Now I know most only post once a week using the Wednesday walk tag or community and I truly appreciate that and love visiting the posts so for most of you you can ignore the next sentence
I try and be nice and let people know via a comment to only post once a week, but some just abuse it and to me spam multiple posts a week, after asking nicely a few times and being ignored, this morning I regrettably had to mute a couple of people who were spamming the Wednesday walk tag
It's a pleasure using the designated tag and following the basic instructions; it's not that hard, right? Sorry to learn about the spammers- perhaps they didn't bother to read the guidelines ever.
Anyway, yeah Chester is a nice town with lovely and lively people. But the weather is a bit short-lived hahaha. It changes too often. Interestingly, the town is ideal for a walk whenever you want, so, I guess I will have many more walking and snapping session coming in. And as the summer is approaching fast, I hope to enjoy the vibrant colours around and share them with you. Thanks for your insightful comment my friend, enjoy the day!
Yeah I like to think I am pretty easy going and do not like to have strict rules, but over using the tag was stretching my limits so I had to do something
Funnily enough people often complain about the weather there, but on the trips I did there I was mostly lucky with beautiful weather
So nice daily trip! I love it! I really enjoyed how you captivated the flowers. The boats in different colors are super cute!
Thank you so much for stopping by, yes, the flowers are lovely so are the boats. At first, I thought the white flowers were white rocks guarding the yellow ones. But when I got closer, I was stunned by the beauty those little flowers had to offer. Truly, nature is awesome.
Wow, what a captivating journey through the old ruins! The photos beautifully capture the essence of the place, evoking a sense of wonder and curiosity. Thank you for sharing this mesmerizing experience.
Yep, old ruins aren't meant to be abandoned and you can find bustling lives there if you pay enough attention. Each rocks you see, every steps you take, they whisper inspiration into ears. Thanks for stopping by my friend. Enjoy the day!
Those historical cities and their ruins are one of the most genuine ways to learn more about the past of a place. Love getting lost through places like these and if there is also nature surrounding it, I call it the best package! :)
Chester is indeed a historical city and of course, with beautiful tree lines just outside the cityscape. But you can find vibrant natural elements within the city ready to offer comfort to the eyes. I hope to get lost in the woods someday- till then, enjoy the sun while it lasts.
