Fanart of Spineback Turtle π¨
Greetings to all bloggers
How are you all, Hope all is well.
It's sunny today, I hope you all are enjoying the sun.
Some of you may know that the last time I participated in this community I was very nervous.
Because it was my first time in this community but you all gave me so much love.
I got a lot of inspiration due to your kind comments.π
Today I made a fanart of Spineback Turtle from Splinterlands.
In the lead image you can see how complicated this character is, let's talk about the step by step procedure.
Material
- Sketch PencilβοΈ
- White PaperποΈ
- Rubber
- Black Pointer
- Pencil Colors
- Marker Colors
Process
When I opened Splinterlands original card website, I couldn't find any easy character because all the characters there were very complicated and difficult that's why I selected this character.
After selecting the character I started sketching but I was confused where to start.π€
You can't find his face on the first look, am I wrong?
I know I drew a good sketch of his face.π
Every part of her body is very complicated, so I had a little hard time making the thorns on her back, but her hands were easier to make than face.
Do you know that his tail was very easy to draw.
After completing the sketch I took some rest because I completed the whole sketch in half an hour.β°
Now I want to add all the same shades of colors as in the original picture.
Keeping the same shades in mind, I filled her face with yellow and black, I added the red color in her eyes and pink in her tongue.
Now I filled the sky blue color in his hands, feet and tail where I left blank I will fill from the purple color because I was trying my best to make it realistic.π
I wanted to make the shades as in the original picture.
Then I colored orange on his chest and I used both marker color and pencil colors in this drawing so that I can use pencil color where need to light color.
Now I added dark yellow color in the thorns on his back and shaded with brown pencil color.
Finally I filled the purple color in his feet, hands and tail.
After filling all the colors, I outlined it with a black pointer so that the parts of his body were clear and realistic.
I completed this entire drawing in about two hours.
Hope I get good feedback from you guys.π
Now it's complete.π«π
