This Excerpt is from a letter by Qui, a merchant from Blue Harbor, it sends chills down my spine just thinking about the horror within that cave. Well this week, we are introduced to whatever this terrifying monster Qui encountered in the cave. A really interesting card with unmatched abilities and I'll show you why in abit. The 🍃MYCELIC INFANTRY🍃 is a fascinating card. This cards attack type is Melee, and it is part of the Earth unit. It costs 8-mana to use in battle , as a result, it will be an excellent card for both mid & high mana ruleset battles.

Let us now delve deep into this deadly infantry to discover what makes it so formidable. I am using a level 6 gold foil and it has a 5-range, 1-speed, 3-defense, and 9-health.

🍃MYCELIC INFANTRY🍃 is a monstrous fungus. It is the Mycelia clan's least intelligent member, and it is positioned on the front lines as a powerful defense. This cave horror has these abilities;

SHIELD ability- When in battle, this enormous fungus can Shield against melee & range attack enemy monsters.

GIANT KILLER ability- When in battle, it's Giant killer does double damage to over powered monsters who cost 10+ mana in battle.

Though this monster can be incredibly slow, it is extremely tough to kill once engaged with a good backup team and placed in a favourable position, usually front-line.

This was a mid mana cap battle with the REVERSED SPEED rule set. Meaning Monsters with the lowest speed attack first and have a highest chance of evading attacks. 🍃MYCELIC INFANTRY🍃 was perfect for this battle ruleset.

The great MYLOR CROWLING, a summoner with the supernatural ability to grant the Thorns ability. This ability is so deadly that when monsters with it are attacked by melee attackers, it does damage back to the attacker. The awesome fact about this summoner is that, he gives the thorns ability to all monsters on his team, making them even more fierce.

👉WHY I PICKED MYLOR CROWLING

Summoner Mylor Crowling is Anti-Melee, hence, he is particularly effective when you envisage your enemy to come at you with Melee Attack. 🍃MYCELIC INFANTRY🍃 already has two abilities, why not make it totally formidable by having an extra Thorn? it will greatly be of help seeing it's in first position and face to face with a Melee attacker.

This summoner is such a valuable card to have cause of the fact that he is RARE, implying almost always fits all rulesets and battle mana cap.

👉WHY I PICKED 🍃MYCELIC INFANTRY🍃

It is the spot light card for the week and also an amazing fit to this battles ruleset Reversed speed. I also envisage my enemies to come at me with alot of Melees, hence this card will suit well to fight and outlast them all in battle.

RUNEMANCER FLORRE - THIRD POSITION

RUNEMANCER FLORRE is a legendary warrior with a heart of gold. Once almost died saving elves from the hands of wicked forest bandits. she got saved by the Riftwatchers who used their runic healers to revive her back.

This cards attack type is Magic, a Legendary card and it is part of the Earth unit. It also cost absolutely 13-mana to use in battle , as a result, it will be an excellent card for all high mana battles.

👉WHY I PICKED RUNEMANCER FLORRE

I picked RUNEMANCER FLORRE even though she has no abilities of her own, she however has impressive mastery of Magic and accurate range attacks. Her speed and health tank is unmatched. She would also serve as a distraction so 🍃MYCELIC INFANTRY🍃 can last longer being the only Melee attacker on the team.
