Love is sweet but when money enters love it becomes sweeter, how true is that guys???, well, that is what DAVIDO said in one of hits single titled ASSURANCE, this particular song was a song he composed for the love of his life CHIOMA years ago, I guess this is what happens in the early stage of a beautiful blooming relationship, there’s this constant urge that keeps pushing you to do a lot of romantic things for your partner to make him/her feel happy and loved, and I guess this same urge was also responsible for the song Davido composed for the love of his life in the early years of their relationship, what a beautiful bond they share, a big shoutout to Davido for that awesome song; ASSURANCE…

Haha that is that about that, I won’t deny the fact that love is a beautiful feeling, love is beautiful on its own but when you find the right partner that equally reciprocates the feeling of love, then that love becomes something people envy in a good way, love is the main pillar of any relationship, without love in a relationship, such relationship is bound to crumble at some point, which is why the importance of love in relationship should never be underestimated and undervalued…

Don't ever build the pillar of any relationship with material things like money, when you build a relationship with money or any other material things, when the money and material things finishes, that relationship automatically crumbles, and this is because it wasn’t built on love but on material things…

Don’t get me wrong friends, spending money on one’s partner is not a crime, this is something I do a couple of times in my relationship, I spend on her when the need arises or when she is indeed and she asks me for money, I give her when I have it. The difference between building one’s relationship on money and spending money on one’s partner in a relationship is that, with or without money in a love built relationship, love built relationships will bloom and grow always because such relationship was built on a foundation called love, while the one built on money and material things will crumble because it was built on money and the love of material things, when that money finishes from where it comes from, the relationship is going to shatter, I am talking from experience, not personal experience though…

Its been three years since I found my partner, oh yeah 3 years, amidst these 3 years, we have fought and argued with each other countless times, the interesting thing about our ship is that we have never had any major problems, and this is because our relationship is like an open book, there is this extraordinary bond and trust we share with each other, there is something we call close communication, this feature comes in when we have a misunderstanding, we call each other hours later and talk about it, and from there we resolve things by apologizing to each other and that is the end…

It is obvious that this relationship is thriving on love and not on material things, now imagine if our ship was built on material things like money and other things, do you think the ship will sail for long, I spend on my partner when the need arises, but our relationship wasn’t built on the love for material things…

Apart from love, communication is another pillar that holds a relationship for years, since I entered this relationship I realized there is power in close communication, thanks to this communication, I and my partner have never gone a whole day without talking even after any slight misunderstanding, we respect each others space and boundaries, there is nothing like feeling to big in this ship, we are both equal and there is freedom of expression at all times…

In summary, there are other important pillars for a long lasting relationship, pillars like trust, friendship, commitment and more are required but all these are built on a major pillar called LOVE…

In conclusion, love is the strongest of all pillars in a relationship, when love is missing in a relationship, such relationship won’t be able to stand the test of time, and also make sure there is a close communication between you and your partner, because that is best way to communicate your differences at all times when there is a misunderstanding between you two, even DAVIDO and CHIOMA are still together till now, so what’s stopping you from being together forever 😍🥰…
