ONLINE BANKING APPS : GET TO KNOW MORE ABOUT OPAYCOM & PALMPAY......
The advancement in science and technology has really enhanced and improve our daily life in all aspect, i am sure centuries ago life wasn't as fun and easy for our forefathers as it is easy for our present generation...
Thanks to the advancement in science and technology our lives has been made easier and worth living...
I will not go into full details of what we all have benefited in this present age and time thanks to how greatly the technology has improved over the years but instead i will be going directly into ONLINE BANKING (opay and palmpay), oh yeah this is one of the end result of the advancement of science and technology and today i am going to be delivering points on this two different online banking system in the world today which we all know as OPAY & PALMPAY...
THE SIMILARITIES, DIFFERENCE, ADVANTAGES AND
DISADVANTAGES OF ONLINE BANKING...
As stated in my introduction to topic, online banking services is one of the end result of the advancement in science and technology and we all know there was nothing like online banking many years ago but today we all enjoy great privileges thanks to this life changing creation and invention...
I didn't plan to go into this today but after the sharp conversation i had with @burlarj, @treasuree, @udezee and @nkemakonam89 in the city today, i buckled up my belt to clear some air on this two online banking apps known as OPAY & PALMPAY...
We all know these two online banking services are not the only one created for the masses, we have many more like kuda, chipper cash, vfd, opay, palmpay and many more including our offline banks who have different branches offline and also their head offices both outside the country and within the countries, these banks are our trusted and guaranteed banks, there is peace of mind with them rather than keeping our money on online banking apps without a well known branch or head office, their outstanding spec is that they exist both online and offline and they are assuring enough on the safety of our assests...
Back to the topic of discussion which is centered on both opay and palmpay, as i was saying up ahead, we had a very serious conversation while comparing these two online banking apps and we both were trying sell our ideas to @nkemakonam89 who planned to open an account with them and at the end of the day we ended up confusing her rather than selling our points and convincing her to open an account with them...
I and udezee were supporting opay and also palmpay partially with reasons while burlarj and treasuree were supporting palmpay alone with reasons too instead of listening to us using both opay and palmpay for our monetary transactions but they chose to disagree our points lol...
First and foremost, i am going to be going ahead with the similarities of both opay and palmay;
SIMILARITIES / ADVANTAGES OF BOTH OPAY & PALMPAY...
They are both online banking apps which can be used to make monetary transactions both far and near and even across the states..
They both don't have a popular head office in my own views because since i have been using it, i have only heard of branches of opay and not of their head office and for palmpay i haven't heard of any of their branches not to talk more of head office except from their online apps...
They posses similar homepages and other values like airtime recharge, electricity bills, subscriptions, transfer and payment of different sort to all banks...
They function and operate in similar ways; this means they pay both the referrer and the referred upon every referral they complete a certain amount, it is applicable to both online banking apps in discussion...
They are fast, secure, safe and easy to access to an extent but banks with several branches and head offices are reliable than them because upon any issue and complain, we have where to go to report these issues unlike these online banking apps...
There is confidentiality and safety when it comes to users personal information and data and there is also tight security to prevent hacks and phishing...
They both serve as a backup plan upon any bank issue, that is to say they are lifesaver when it comes to matter of urgency and in that aspect they rate 80 percent in speedy and fast transaction and it can be otherwise...
The above points are the similarities/advantages of both online banking apps...
DISADVANTAGES...
I wouldn't call them fully a disadvantage because even standard banks experience the same issue in their businesses, so who are the online banking services not to experience the same problem...
These online banking apps was and is still our life safe at this moment, thanks to the small changes we had in our country several weeks ago, we had lots of issues with our offline banks and these online banking apps stood by us through thick and thin especially both opay and palmpay, a lot of us ran to them back then and even now...
The amount of users years ago on this apps is now times three now because of the crises we had with cash majority of the public now have account and accounts with either opay or palmpay or both...
The ultimate disadvantage they have and also other banks have is NETWORK ISSUE AND DELAY, this is the major issue with all banks and i don't blame both opay and palmpay when they are down because of this issues, it might be as a result of an upgrade or restarting the app that is causing network wreck but to some people, the moment one goes down and the other works perfectly well, they condemn the one with issues and go with the one that saved them just once...
The fact is that all banks will surely have a set time where they will not function well due to an upgrade or other stuffs, it is called PERIODIC MAINTENANCE and that is a must to ensure the continuous functionality of the apps, periodic maintenance is not a crime and in some days it will be up and running again, this week it might be opay and the next it might be palmpay, the fact is that they both are good on the same level and we all are just affected by PREFERENCES and CHOICE...
In summary, my point is that they both are very good and reliable for holding little cash to avoid unwanted story probably when it crashes unintentionally and there is no difference between opay and palmpay, all these differences are based on choice and whereas opay has been in existence long before palmpay came into the picture, the government disbanded their other services for one reason or the other, if not that opay will be everywhere in the country today...
In conclusion, all these points provided are from my experience from the utilization of the two online banking apps, i use opay, chipper cash, palmpay and two other banks because of emergency and i am sure all these online banking apps are available in some other african countries and not only nigeria alone, i think it is also used somewhere beyond african countries too...
Above all been said, I have no issues with any of these online banking apps but i take precaution to avoid unnecessary explanation when things go in the opposite direction...

OPAY and Palmpay are the same in term of everything.

What I love about plampay is the automatic refund if a transaction doesn't go through.
Well we all have our choice, I still would refer palmpay to opay, cause it's what I am comfortable with.
@nkemaokon89 has already joined the palmpay team🤪
Hahaha 😂🤣
Lmao 🤣
😝😝🤪
Hmmmmm
Well that is good for, do you know even opay is the same too, it refunds you automatically when your transaction doesn't go through but at the end of the day it burns down to choice
It's choice anyways.
Yay! 🤗

Lmao😹,
Hahaha 😂🤣
Left to me i prefer opay... UI/UX design is better and more straightforward in some areas of banking service. The first time i used the app, everything was easy from the get-go! But anyways both mobile banking service are good especially this times were the Internet banking from commercial banks are suffering serious downtime and slow transfer speed.
People can decide whatever works for them anyways as long as they enjoy the banking service or experience that satisfies their needs.
indeed thanks for stopping by bro
