I grew up listening, enjoying and vibing to Afrobeat songs, the joy and happiness i derive from Afrobeat songs knows no bounds, I don’t just listen to these songs for the fun of it, I listen to them with the intention of getting the message each song is trying to pass across. I am quite known by all my friends and families as a big time lover of Afrobeat songs and artists, I am not big on foreign songs, I never really enjoyed them as a child even with the fact that I listen to them once in a while, rating my love for both Afrobeat songs and foreign songs, Afrobeat carries about 80 percent while the foreign songs carries the remaining 20 percent, this is me telling you that there is power in Afrobeat songs…

I have a lot of favorites when it comes to Afrobeat songs, just for today I will be talking about the one topping my list of favorites, I am sure most of us are not new to this particular outstanding Afrobeat artist, he is well known for his beautiful and unique songs all over the world, he is nicknamed the African giant, a very talented artist and song writer, he goes by the name BURNA BOY, this artist has released so many songs with beautiful messages to the masses, this particular song ALONE has been the top of my favorites since it was released…

ALONE is not just any Afrobeat song, it is a song with meaningful and unique message, this song feels my soul each and every time I listen to it, Alone is an interesting song, it is soulful, inspirational, emotional and message filled…

I am sure you all must be wondering why I went for this particular song; ALONE by Burna Boy, the first reason behind my choice of this particular song is because this song is a tribute song to one of my favorite Hollywood actors (Chadwick Boseman; also known as Black panther), I am sure we all are very familiar with him…

This song means a lot to me, it is a song is a filled with emotions and self reasoning, one thing I am sure about this song is the fact that you can’t listen to this particular track and not think about life, it challenges and sweetness…

The lyrics of this song is so powerful and emotional, I almost end up crying whenever I listen to it on repeat for hours, the full track of this tribute song is the most amazing aspect of it…

I am sure a lot of us have lost either one of our friends, families, relatives or close acquaintances along the way, this song is not just a tribute to Chadwick, it is a tribute to everyone we lost along the way, this song tells us to spend time doing what we love with our loved ones because we don’t know what lies ahead…

This song personally made me remember the good times I had with a very close friend of mine, someone who understand me and loved me, I lost her years ago, so listening to this song brings back all the past memories of her, alone is a powerful song indeed…

The motivation behind this post is dedicated to alone by burna boy, the song is currently on repeat right now, I am listening to it as I write, alone is also a song of hardship, the fact is that this song carries a lot of emotion and messages, try listening to it and you will understand what I am trying to say better…
