Trip to one of the most beautiful valley in Uttrakhand India
Hello namaste Satsriakal
Your friend Pulkit is back with a new story about my recent visit to Uttrakhand state of India
Few days ago me with my 4 friends visited Urgam Valley which is present in the Chamoli district of Uttarkhand, India.
This is the first tym I went to this place and got amazed by seeing the beauty of this valley.
We stated our trip on Friday afternoon. Distance between My city and Urgam valley is approx 500 kms. But is the mid way we were stopped by The local police at night, because of the construction work goin in the mountains.
They stopped us for more than 3.5 hours and when they let us go after covering another 10 kms, there was another construction site enroute our destination.
We reached our destination at 6 in the morning.
We were late by 5 hours.
That was the best time to reach their. Early morning and it's was drizzling coz it's the time of rainy season and the beauty of mountains is at its peak.
Lush green mountains and fields , rivers flowing at a high pace and clouds were touching of cheeks.
This place is famous for its trekking summits.
Pandavsera, Nandikund, Bansi narayana are some peaks where one can reach by trekking and Urgam valley is the base camp.
It is also famous for Holy temple of Lord Shiva , called Kalpeshwar Mahadev, which is the fifth Temple of kedar amongst Panch kedar(five kedara).
We were very lucky that we reached the place on time and attended the Praying rituals of Lord Shiva at the temple.
We spend some time near the river bank. (River me is Kalp ganga).
I was driving from last 17 hours, didnt sleep from last 24 hours.
view from Rooms balcony
We booked a hotel room and slept there for 3-4 hours. And then left for our next destination.
Which I'll tel you next tym.
