My Family Background

My name is Daniel John ugwa. I'm a native of amaokwe item in bende local government area of Abia State in Nigeria.
I'm the 6th in the family of 8 in which and the last child out of 3 boys, picture

Education Background

My nursery school was full of fun the name of my nursery school is God's organised nursery school. I really enjoyed it in the sense that at the last male child my siblings always takes good care of me at dismissal my immediate elder brother took me by hands and we move together to go and be with her third daughter in her own school because she was in primary school then, she was in primary 6 as at that time when we reach in my sister school. I normally seat on the floor playing with sand I normally play with sand, at the moment my elder sister seeing me. she normally brings my food which was moi moi, she gives me the food immediately I began to enjoy the meal her classmate will be coming out one after the other in the name of using the restroom they will end up begging me to give them my food as a good child I normally allows them to have my food. after my nursery school I moved to that my elder sister's primary school then she has finished her primary education I love my primary school because of the environment and the compound, my primary school had a nice environment where children can play during break period, I fell in love with that my sister's Primary School because when I was in nursery three all my siblings were attending that Primary School, the name of my primary school is College Primary School when I was in in that Primary School I always play truant in my primary school, when I was in primary one I don't attend classes I'm always outside during lessons and always put up a write up like letters of alphabet upper and lower cases I do write it inside my school exercise book.

One day, mum decided to check my notebook she found out that I always write the same topic every day and she made up her mind to check if it is the same thing that we learn everyday, Mum sent my elder sister to check on me and she arrived I was playing in the playing field and I didn't deem it fit to hide I decided to go and hug her and I was taken to the headmistress office and they found out that I wasn't attending classes I was flogged mercilessly from that day onwards I became a child that doesn't play with his studies to date, during my graduation at college Primary School I was among the best graduating pupils I took external examination to enter into secondary school I had a nice score and I was posted to umuagbai secondary school due to financial constraint my dad couldn't afford the requirement for me to attend the said secondary school, Dad had order of his two sons in that school he couldn't cope training my two elder brothers and I in the school, Dad decided to enroll me into a commercial secondary school, Dad enrolled me into Osford commercial College where I did my Secondary Education we have fun in that school, we pray as Christians, we do observe physical exercise every Thursday to keep the body and soul fit,we fast and pray every last Friday of the month, as Mum and Dad pet they told not to stay long in the school I normally come back home to help Mum with her pretty business so that the family can move forward, during my stay in the school we we are taught to be discipline and be respectful to the school authority my school was mixed school boys and girls I was a shy type during my school days I can't even looked into the eyes of the girls while discussing with them, in my school we fast and pray once in a month the school was so peaceful throughout my stay in the school I took my waec and I made all my papers all Glory to God, I stayed a little longer because of financial constraints I couldn't make it to Higher institution during the process of waiting I lost my dad to the cold hand of death due to my father dismay I couldn't go to higher institution early enough.

By the grace of God, I wrote polyjamb and I gain admission into federal Polytechnic nekede owerri which was my second choice of school my first choice was federal Polytechnic oko the department that I put was banking and finance and in that department I scored the second highest score in that department in polyjamb, but I was deprived admission the reason best known to the institution but my second choice of school federal Polytechnic nekede owerri offered me admission to study banking and finance, throughout my stay in the school was a great challenge due to lack of sponsorship sometimes I'm in the school sometimes I'm out of the school so that I can pay my school fees, pay my rent, buy my textbooks and help my family so that we can survive it affected my grade badly in the school because I wasn't given much attention to my studies especially during my National Diploma I normally engage with primary school I do teach the pupils and prepare them for external examination, my area of specialisation for the preparation of the external examination is mathematics, English language, quantitative reasoning, verbal reasoning and general knowledge most of the kids I thought ended up gaining admission into unity school which is Federal Government college, Nigeria military school, Air Force military school, Air Force girls military school, Nigerian Navy military school, air force comprehensive secondary school, Nigerian Navy secondary school, command secondary school to mention but a few, I graduated with a lower credit at my National Diploma while I have to improve more in my studies during my Higher National Diploma I did better I graduated with upper credit, that was how I was able to survive during my days in institution of higher learning

My Likes and Dislikes

From babyhood, I have always love to experiment with different things and curious about learning new skills and ideas, I like making new friends and spending some quality time together with them I like honesty and integrity because the Foundation of a thing matters a lot, and home upbringing plays an active role in it, so naturally I expect people that comes across my way to possess this virtue honesty, integrity and sincerity as I am with them, I like reading and signing the one I enjoy mostly is making research and funding solution to solve problems, pictures I dislike and the detest noisy environment which of course makes me more of an indoor person and I dislike some violent competition I dislike being in a long traffic that is why I don't like visiting the city of Lagos Nigeria

How I got Know About Hive

For many years, I have had friends who are into it and others online blogger never really looked a keen interest in it until now meeting @sammyhive who happened to be a member and seeing how he enjoy it and spoke about it I was moved to join especially hearing about the security and the transparency of the activities here was part of what attracted me in the first place so he and other friends have long been telling me about hive but because personally I'm very much a sceptical has been a growing concern in our time I finally join.

As mentioned earlier, the security and transparency of hive is an attraction and a possibility of interacting with different people with different background learning new idea and sharing experiences so I hope to meet more people in whom I have perceived to be friendly, kind and nature

My Work Experiences

after my Secondary Education (College) I decided to take a career into educational sector I started with classroom teaching where I taught in primary school, I started with primary 3 where I did my best to impact positively in the life of children for them to be the best in academics field, and for them to improve more to know how to read and write, after a section I was promoted to senior primary which was primary five due to my excellent performance I spent several years with the citadel of learning, when I got admission into federal Polytechnic nekede owerri to study banking and finance they gave me privilege teaching the kids anytime the institution is on vacation I did my best to study hard so that I will be outstanding in life and a destiny, due to my father's death I didn't have a sponsor I decided to start hawking commodities for a particular company so that I can raise some money to pay my bills in school, it was full of fun but it wasn't easy to combine studies and hawking in Nigeria because they don't give you time to do such

After my graduation from federal Polytechnic nekede owerri by God's grace, I made a nice grade there after I proceeded to do my national service which is called nysc I serve in the northern part of Nigeria after the service because I wasn't able to get admission early due to my father's death, age of getting a new job into the banking industry wasn't possible because of age Factor, in Nigeria for you to get a fresh job into the banking sector especially Commercial Bank age is the main factor I didn't get the job, I decided to continue my teaching job I moved from one home to another preparing them for various external examination such as Nigerian military school, Air Force military school, Air Force girls military school, Nigerian Navy military school, Air Force Comprehensive secondary School, Nigerian Navy secondary school, unity schools Federal Government colleges to mention but a few I affected a lot of Life positively most of those kids that I taught got admission into the above school, it was full of fun talking honestly I had a nice moment with those kids, most of them are serving in the Nigerian military I have serve humanity.

My experience on micro blogging
it has been a rewarding experience so far but I'm finally here signing up wasn't an easy process I had a lot to learn at the same time then to the effect of fluctuating network, I got stuck at a point when I thought I had made it through, signing up process not knowing where to have gotten my sign up keys, all thanks to Sammyhive and others, who had patiently taken through the process and still willing to guide me further and here I am with you people, I still have a lot to learn and explore and I'm looking forward receiving any help available and I'm happy that people here are kind and accommodating too.

Conclusion

this few days, I have been here have been fun and exciting moment as learning to talk about things going on around one's environment is a thing of joy.
