Hi, today I want to delight you with a sweet treat my mom made a few weeks ago when we were visiting. Здравейте, днес искам да ви зарадвам с едно сладко изкушение, което направи майка ми преди няколко седмици когато ни идваха на гости. Това е една ябълкова торта, която се прави по много различен и интересен начин.
Ето ги и продуктите:
1 чаша захар
1 чаша пшеничен грис
1 чаша бяло брашно
(нарочно не е указана каква чаша, защото е подходящо тя да бъде максимално голяма ако формата ви за печене е по-голяма, аз използвах голяма чаша за чай с размер на формата 24см)
1 бакпулвер
ванилия
щипка сол
(канела пожелание)
(орехи по желание)
60 гр масло
200-250мл прясно мляко
10-12 средни ябълки, но определено повече от колкото аз съм сложила
Изберете голяма купа за да можете да смесите всички сухи части (брашно, грис, захар).
Прибавете бакпулвера и разбъркайте добре до получаването на еднородна смес. След това разделете сместа на 4 като я отделите в различни съдове.
Облепете с хартия за печене формата за торта и изсипете първата купичка смес.

След като сме готови с тази процедура, трябва да започнем обработката на плънката - ябълките.
Изчистете, обелете и настържете ябълките. Добре е да се изцедят леко, за да не стане кашава тортата. За да не потъмняват настърганите ябълки, можете да добавите към тях половин изцеден лимон. Аз нямах лимон в момента. Добавих канела(със захар).
Разделете полученита настъргани и изцедени ябълки на 3 равни части в отделни съдове.
Продължете с реденето на тортата, вече имате първият слой от сухата смес. Добавете първата част от ябълките. Аз добавих и орехи защото ми харесва вкуса на ябълки орехи и канела.
Редувате "суха смес" - ябълки, като последният слой е суха смес. Всеки слой трябва да бъле леко притисван с лъжица, за да може да се запази формата на тортата.
Сега идва забавната част заради протисването на слоевете с ябълки, сега трябва да се направят дупки в цялата торта. Можете да ги направите с вилица, шиш или като мен с нож.
В купичка леко разтопих маслото микровълнова печка, добавих млякото и отново го затоплих, но не и да бъде вряло.
Внимателно полях тортата с млякото и маслото. Изглежда странно определено.
Пече се на възможно най-ниската решетка във фурната на 180 градуса за около час и половина. Моята форма е по-малка и вероятно трябваше малко по-малко да я пека, но това не променя вкуса и.
Ето я и готова!
Прибрах я в хладилник за една вечер, но реално може да се консумира веднага след като изстине.
На другият ден я преместих в чиния за торта или в моя случай по-голяма чиния.
За повече атрактивност я поръсих и с пудра захар.
Накрая вече бързах да направя няколко снимки защото цяла банда гладни момчета ме чакаха за да им сипя!
