Sipping on sunshine; Exotic pineapple coconut drink
Hello everyone, welcome to the Amazing Drinks community, a community where you can show you skills on how to make different sweet drinks, like juice, smoothies, and any kind of drink.
Today was a very hot and stressful day for me because I was busy with work all day and the weather was also hot more than it should be, so I just got home and decided to make chilled homemade exotic drinks for myself to cool off and relax.
Ingredients are:
Pineapple (400g)
Coconut (450g)
Water (75cl)
Procedure
As you can see, the ingredients are few and few as well, but I love the outcome because I couldn't stop drinking it until I finished a jar filled with the exotic drink.
Coconut (Cocos nucifera) can also serve as milk, while pineapple (Ananas comosus) contains sweet juices, and that was why I didn't bother adding sugar or milk because I wanted it naturally made.
So let's get to work and see how I made a natural, homemade exotic drink.
I cut the pineapple into pieces.
Then I broke the coconut, then removed the back, and then rinsed it inside a clean bowl of water.
The next thing I did was cut the coconut into pieces so that it could blend well inside the blender.
I poured the sliced coconut and pineapple inside the blender, I added 75 cl of water to blend.
I blended it for three minutes so that I could get all the milk inside the coconut.
I placed a siever on a clean bowl, then poured the mixture inside, then made use of a tablespoon to stir it until I got all the juice out.
I threw the shaft away, then proceeded with the juice.
I poured the exotic drink inside jars for refrigerating; you can have it like that, but I prefer it chilled before drinking since the weather is too hot today.
My homemade exotic drink is ready, and I hope you like it.
Thanks for stopping by, and don't forget to drop a comment for my exotic drink.
