Breakfast Bliss: From slice to sizzle

Hello, beautiful people all over the world! I welcome you all to the Foodies Bee Hive community, a community where you can show your yummy, simple, and delicious meal recipes and get to see a lot of different recipes as well, from different people all over the world.

So today, I will be making a simple breakfast, which I call a Bread Sausage Roll Hmmm, you need to taste how yummy, crunchy, and crispy this bread sausage roll was, so let's see the ingredients.

Ingredients are:

Sliced bread (12 slices)
Eggs (2 pieces)
Salt (half teaspoon)
Seasoning cube (1 cube)
Tomatoes (2 pieces)
Green and red pepper (5 pieces)
Onion (1 ball)
Sausage (6 pieces)
Chili pepper (40g)
Groundnut oil (500g)

Procedure

As you can see, the ingredients are quite a lot, but trust me when I say they are worth it, so let's get started and see the outcome of these ingredients.

I brought out the slice of bread from the nylon and then placed it on the chopping board and made use of a cutter to cut the edges away.

I made use of a rolling pin to stretch it out; that was applied to the rest of the slice, and I set them aside.

I put a big frying pan on the burner and then poured the pieces of bread inside and then allowed it to dry. I made use of my hand to squeeze it to form bread crumbs, then poured it inside a plate and set it aside as well.

I rinsed the frying pan and put it back on the burner. I allowed it to dry, then poured a small quantity of groundnut oil inside.

Then poured the sausage inside and started turning it to roast it.

The sausage was longer than the bread, so I cut it into two. After that, I set it aside as well.

I sliced the onion and the pepper with the tomatoes, then put the frying pan back on the burner, fried the sliced pepper with seasoning, and set them aside as well.

Now it was time to bring everything together, so I broke the two eggs inside a bowl, added half a tablespoon of chili pepper, and added a small quantity of salt to taste. I whisked it with a spoon, then set it aside.

I placed the flatbread on a plate, poured the fried pepper on it, and then placed half of the sausage on it as well.

I applied the egg at the tip of the bread and then folded it up.

After that, I dip it inside the egg and also roll it inside the bread crumbs, then put it on one plate.

The same process was applied to the rest of the bread until I used all the sliced bread.

I put a small frying pan on the burner, poured the groundnut oil, and then allowed it to get hot before I started to put rolled bread inside.

I let it fry on a low heat until it turned golden brown.

Now the bread and sausage roll is ready to be served with any kind of chilled drink.

I hope you like my simple breakfast.

I bet this taste delicious. I love the the texture anything that look crispy, wins my heart.

Too bad. I am not a fan of hotdogs. But I guess I can use something else right ?

Great job.
