အားလုံး မင်္ဂလာပါ။
ဟိုတစ်ရက်က အဖိုးလေး အဖွားလေးတို့လာလည်တယ်၊ ပဠါန်းကြီးရွတ်ဖြစ်တယ်တဲ့ နေ့ခင်း ၂ နာရီကနေည ၇နာရီထိတဲ့၊ အားနေလို့ပါတဲ့။ ကိုယ်လဲ အဲလိုအားတာမျိုးလေးရှိသင့်တယ်ထင်တယ်။ အဲလို ကောင်းမှုလေးတွေအတွက် အားလပ်ချိန်လေးရှိတယ် ဆိုတာမျိုးဖြစ်အောင် အလုပ်နဲ့ အချိန်ကို စီမံရမယ်လို့ခံစားရပါတယ်။ အိမ်မှာကျတော့ ခြံဝင်းကလဲကျယ်ဆိုတော့ လုပ်စရာများတယ် ပြောရပါမယ်၊ ဒါပေမယ့် အမှုကိစ္စနည်းစေမယ့်နည်းစနစ်လေးတွေ ရှာရမယ်ထင်ပါတယ်။ အလုပ်မလုပ်ဖို့ပြောတာတောမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ အမှုကိစ္စနည်းပြီး လိုအပ်တာ့ကိုပဲထိထိရောက်ရောက်လုပ်ဖို့ပါ။
မလိုတာ မလုပ်နဲ့
ဟိုတစ်ရက် က ရိပ်သာက ဦးစိုင်းလုံနဲ့ စကားပြောဖြစ်တော့ ကျွန်တော်တော့ အလုပ်များတယ်လို့ ပြောမိတယ်ထင်တယ်၊ သူက 'မလိုတာ မလုပ်နဲ့တဲ့'။ ဟုတ်သားပဲ၊ တစ်ခါတစ်လေ ပြောရမလား များသောအားဖြင့်ပြောရမလား မလိုတာတွေလုပ်နေလားလို့။ ဟိုနည်းပညာအသစ်လေးစမ်းကြည့်မယ်၊ ဒါလေး စမ်းလုပ်ကြည့်မယ် နဲ့ မလိုသေးတာတွေကို လုပ်နေတာက အချိန်ကုန်စေတဲ့ အရာလို့ မြင်လာပါတယ်။
ဝါသနာတဲ့လား
တစ်ခါတစ်လေ ဝါသနာဆိုတာက အချိန်ကုန်စေပြီး အကျိုးများစေတဲ့အရာ မဟုတ်ဘူးလို့ မြင်လာပါတယ်။ အကျိုးရှိစေတဲ့ ဝါသနာကို ပြောတာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။အချို့က ဝါသနာ အကြောင်းပြပြီး အကျိုးမရှိစေတဲ့ အရာတွေကို လုပ်နေတာလားလို့ပါ။
အားအား မနေတတ်တာ
အများအားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့ က အေးချမ်းတဲ့စိတ်နဲ့ မနေတတ်ကြဘူးထင်ပါတယ်။ ဘာမှလုပ်စရာမရှိရင်တောင် ဖုန်းလေး ကြည့်နေရမှကျေနပ်တတ်တာမျိုး။ အားအား မနေတတ်တော့ အေးချမ်းတဲ့ စိတ်ကနေရလာနိုင်တဲ့ intuition (ထိုးသွင်းသိမြင်မှု) တို့ wisdom (ဉာဏ်ပညာ) တို့ကို ဆုံးရှုံးရတယ် ထင်ပါတယ်။
