Few years back, I never liked drinking water. Maybe just after eating a meal or when I feel thirsty but I cannot randomly decide on my own that I want to drink water. This is bad. Very bad for the health.
It was after I started reading articles on the benefits of water and I had just recently started my studies in the medical line did I realize the huge benefits I was missing out on. Actually, it is difficult to drink water but the moment you start, it becomes easy peasy. For example, drinking water first thing in the morning when you wake up can be so bitter or just bland but dear, that's just for the first week or so, with time and with the benefits you are now aware of, it'll be easy to drink water.
People really underestimate the importance of drinking water. Not just water but clean water. I learnt my lesson when I hard a few health challenges that could have been avoided if only I had been drinking enough water for my system to function properly.

- Drinking adequate water keeps us energized.
- It improves mood as stress is reduced. Dehydration causes stress.

So in conclusion, I'd say stop letting your kidneys suffer. Do not underestimate the importance of the kidney. Drinking enough water will help your kidneys easily perform it functions. If you lose one kidney today, you'll undergo transplant and getting kidney donors ain't easy. This alone can alter your future. Too much water can be a problem too so drink just enough (about 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon a day). Constantly consuming Soft drinks or soda will get you no where in the long run. Please remember to drink water today 😊
