Stuffed Cauliflower flatbread!(Gobhi- Parantha)

For Indians Paranthas are love. It is the best thing which we can have any time. From kids to old, every age of people love to have Paranthas in their meal once or twice in a week. Aloo paranthas, gobhi paranthas, mooli paranthas, paneer parathas, onions paranthas etc are different types of paranthas and every paranthas have their different tastes which are delicious.
Today , I am sharing a recipe of Gobhi (cauliflower)parantha, which have the stuffing of grated Cauliflower. It is very popular breakfast in North India. There are two ways for making the paranthas. There are two ways to make Gobi Paratha, using cooked grated cauliflower stuffing and using Raw grated Cauliflower stuffing. In my todays blog I made cooked Cauliflower Parantha. Lets see how
INGREDIENTS
▪︎cauliflower-1 pc
▪︎greenchilies-2
▪︎oil-2 tspn
▪︎redchili powder-½tbspn
▪︎salt-to the tast.
▪︎blacksalt-½tspn
▪︎asofeodita-½tspn
▪︎garam masala-½tspn
▪︎coriander leaves-1tbspn
▪︎oil -for cooking
For dough
▪︎wheat flour-2cup
▪︎carrom seeds-½tspn
▪︎salt- ½tbspn
▪︎water-for kneading
METHOD
1.take a fresh cauliflower.
2.cut into florets.
3.boil the florets along with green chilies and add some salt.
4.now drian them. Let it dry for some time so that the water will not be there and we can fill the mixture nicely.
5.now grate the florets.
6.heat oil in a pan.
7.add asofedita and grated cauliflower.
8.now add red chili powdwr, green chili, salt, blacksalt and garam masala.
9.mix all then add fresh coriander leaves. Offf the flame and keep aside and let it cool.
now for dough
1.Take wheat flour in a bowl then add salt and carrom seeds.
2.mix it well.
3.add little water and knead a dough.
4.grease it with some oil and keep it for 15 mins.
5.now make equal portions of dough.
6.now flatten it in a flat surface.
7.roll it.
8.then place the mixture in the middle as shown in the pic
9.now close the stufing by pulling all the edges towards top. Seal the edges from the top and give a round shape like a patties.
10.dust it with some wheat flour.
11.now roll it.
12.heat skillet and place the rolle stuffed parantha on it.
13.cook it.
14.flip the parantha and spread oil evenly on the each side and cook.
15.cook from both the sides till the brown spots appear.
16.cook nicely with the help of spatula.
17.When its done then place the stuffed paranthas on the plate and serve it hot with spicy pickle and cucumber Raita.
