Prepared crispy,healthy papdi chaat with sprouted black chickpea!😋

Sometimes we want to make a quick recipe without doing much effort. There are many Chat recipes in indian cuisines which are delicious and mouth watering with different different textures and tastes. One of the famous Chat is Papdi Chaat. It is a famous street food snack .Papdi here is referred to crispy fried crackers that are made with all purpose flour or wheat flour. We can make these papdi at home or buy from the store. I have made these papdi at home and already shared the recipe in my blog.
I have left so many papdis so I thought to make a recipe from this papdis.
Servings for 2
So let's start to make
Ingredients-
•sprouted black chickpea- 2 cups
•boiled potatoes -1 cup
•oil-2 tbspn
•salt- according to the taste
•garam masala-½ tbspn
•Chat masala- ½tbspn
•Red chili powder- ½tbspn
•cumin powder- ½ tbspn
•tomatoes- 2 cup
•carrots- 1 cup grated
•pomegranate- 1 cup
•Nylon sev- 1 cup
•yogurt- half cup
•lemon- 1
•Black pepper-½ tbspn
•Black salt- ½ tbspn
METHOD
1.2 cups sprouted chana or black chickpeas.
2.in a pan, heat oil.
3.add sprouted black gram. You can add chopped onions but my in laws donot eat onions so I skipped it.
4.Roast it till it is cooked.
5.add boiled mashed or chopped potatoes.
6.add grated carrots.
7.add red chili powder, salt, chat masala and garam masala and squeeze one lemon.
8.mix all spices well and off the flame.
9.Take papdis.
10.in a plate take 4 to 5 papdis.
11.crushed the papdis by hand.
12.add cooked sprouted black gram.
13.then add yogurt.
14.sprinkle some chat masala, garam masala, roasted cumin powder and black salt.
15.some blackpepper.
16.if you want to add more boiled potatoes you can.
17.add some more grated carrots, chopped tomatoes and tomato ketchup.
18.now put some Nylon sev and pomegranate seeds.
19.it's ready to eat now. Its yummy guys try and let me know how it was.

This looks delicious but I'm a little bit skeptical about it because all of the ingredients looks new and sounds strange to me 😂
Its looks like something I'm open to giving a try though because it looks like it will taste really good.
I know the ingredients might be new for you but it tastes delicious 😋. Instead of papdis you can try this recipe with any other crispy fried crackers.😊
