Prepared American Buttered Sweetcorn!

Hello hiveans! Hope all are doing good.

Wondering how to make American buttered sweetcorn recipe at home? This easy corn chat recipe will become your favorite.
I make this recipe quite frequently in monsoons. Now a days in India we get fresh tender corns. This is very simple easy recipe ready within minutes. It's not only tasty but also very healthy. It is favorite snacks for kids too. It makes for a good evening snacks that is filling and delicious. You can put it in lunches or for summer picnics. It is easy to prepare in large quantities so is also great for parties. And the yellow golden color will lighten up the buffet.

I prefer to make this recipe with fresh corns cobs or raw kernels.
The recipe is quick to prepare if you have a packet of steamed corn kernels. If you don't have then you have to boil or steam corn cobs in water, or first you can remove the corn kernels from the corn cobs and boil in a large bowl. It will take some time but it will be fresh and more juicy.

I will show you how to remove corn kernels in 2 mins by doing just 1 simple trick.

● Wash the cobs after removing the leaves.

●break the cob into two parts.

●Take the end of a spoon and pierce it in between the corn line and remove one of the lines of corn.
Then using your thumb to push the other line of corn in the direction of the line you have removed. You will see that the corns are cing out easily.

●collect in a plate and rinse the kernels 2 -3 times.

●Add the rinse corn kernels in a pressure cooker. Also add salt and water. Pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles on meduim heat. After that Drain all the water and keep the cooked kernels in a large bowl.

●Now heat a pan add 1 spoon butter and add boiled corn kernels. Stir and mix well with the butter.

●Add 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs, black pepper, salt, blackpepper, mix again. If you want it to be spicy and heat and spice type then add chat masala, red chili powder,, blackpepper, garam masala and drizzle it with some Lemon juice. You can use Italian seasonings or add herbs likes oregeno, mint, thyme etc of your choice.

●Garnish it with Coriander leaves or mint leaves or Parsley.

Hello dear, the sweet corn looks super yummy, easy and tasty.. I always Added a little low salt when mixing it all up, turned out yummy.
