Okra in spiced gramflour (besan bhindi)
Hello Hiveans... I hope all are good and healthy.
Today I came up with a new fresh Vegan Recipe that is Rajasthani Dish which is prepared by coating lady's finger(bhindi or okra), in gramflour. It is a dry dish. It is an delicious dry curry of Rajasthan which goes well with Roti, dal and chawal.
Lady's finger or okra is almost liked by everyone. My daughters fav vegetable is Okra fry. There are many ways to make bhindi sabji like aloo bhindi, pyaz bhindi, plain bhindi, bhindi masala, bhindi fry, dahi bhindi and etc.
Today I am sharing a recipe of Besan Bhindi. It is no Onion no Garlic recipe. I hope you will gonna love this recipe.
So lets start to see how to Make the Besan Bhindi-

10.again mix it and cook for 10 min. Stir occasionally.
11.now add red chili powder, coriander powder and dry mango powder.
12.mix the spices well.
13.you can have this Okra Masala curry in this way also without adding gramflour. So, take out some or Half okra curry in a bowl and u can taste this type of Masala Bhindi too.🥣
13.now add roasted gramflour.
14.add garam masala and kasuri Methi(optional).
15.mix it properly and squeeze half lemon. cook for another 5 mins.
After 5 mins the okra is coated in all the spices and gramflour. Off the flame and Give a stir and transfer it in a bowl.
Its ready to serve with Rice/dal and Roti.

This is very good, but please don't post so many pictures of the same thing. At the end you have 8 photos of the finished dish alone and you only need one of the collages at the start. Try to keep to just one photo of each step as well. It can get frustrating to keep scrolling through unnecessary pictures to find the next step. Remember in these types of posts, less is more and simple is better.
I truly appreciate the advice you gave me...I will takecare this next time😊
Good morning @preeti. You often make great recipes, very traditional from your country, which is great; however, we have seen that you place an excessive amount of photos of the finished dish, both at the beginning and at the end of the post. Two photos of the finished dish at the beginning are enough, or simply a collage. At the end of the post, placing a maximum of three photos of the finished dish would be more than enough. With so many photos, your post looks overloaded and even messy. We hope you take this suggestion into account.
Have an excellent day. Greetings.
😊 Thankyou, for your valuable advice. I will takecare next time😊😊
