Feel the crispiness Of Corn!

Hello hiveans!! Hope all are in good health. Today I came up with a new recipe of a Starter - Crispy Corn.
Now monsoon season is here and we should all crave for Fritters, rissole and many more hot warm dishes.
So, this sunday I am bringing A bowl of Crispy Corn... which you couldnot resist to make and have. Crispy corn is popular menu in restaurants.
It is simple recipe and has many variations of making it.

Some points are there to remember-

While frying the corn kernels we should use lid because the corn kernels splutters and burst. Donot cover the lid completely. Coat the kernels nicely for Crispiness.

So lets start to make the recipe-

Ingredients

Sweetcorn-2 cup
Cornflour-2 tbspn
Maida(all purpose flour)-1tbspn
Riceflour-1tsp
Redchili powder-½tspn
Salt-to the taste
Black pepper-½tspn

METHOD-

1.boil sweetcorn with salt for 5 mins. After tht drain and keep aside.

2.now take corns in a plate or bowl. Add corn flour, all purpose flour and rice flour.

3.mix all well then add a pinch of salt, blackpepper, redchili powder. Mix together well gently. The corns should be coated completely.

Now heat oil in a pan. Fry the coated kernels. Make sure to cover the half lid and fry till they are golden in colour and crispy.

Drain in a tissue papper.

Now heat oil in pan same pan

Then add chopped garlic, ginger, greenchili. Fry for 1 min. Then add white part of spring onions, chopped onions and fry in high flame.

Then add soy sauce, tomato sauce and black pepper. Then add fried corn kernels,sprinkle some spring onions and mix well.

The crispy Corn is ready....... transfer in a bowl. Garnish with some more spring onions and lemon juice.

Serve immediately.
