Cùcùmber Cùrry(kheera ki sabzi)
Hello hiveans.
Today I am posting cucumber 🥒 curry.
This simple delicious curry is an everyday dish made in many homes specially in Andhra Pradesh. It is eaten with plain Rice or chapati.
This vegetable is usually cooked without the use of much spice powder like garam masalas and ginger-garlic are also optional. And we can cook this in no time....🤭 This is comforting and soothing to the tummy also.
I have made this curry with the green cucumber. You can use the yellow cucumber also, which is used for curry and known as Curry cucumber. Or else you can make with any cucumber that totally depends on you.
SO LETS SEE HOW TO START THE RECIPE-:
●Rinse the cucumber, capsicum and chillies.Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. (Capsicum is optional)
●Now chopped the capsicum and green chillies.
●Heat oil in a pan, then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asofeodita. Then add green chillies and capsicum.
●Add chopped cucumber.
●Then add salt, turmeric powder, redchilli powder, and coriander powder.
●Stir well.
●Add little water and cover for 5 mins.
● after 5 mins add half spoon dry mango powder and 1 small spoon sugar.
● Mix it well. Simmer it for 2 minutes. Transfer it in a bowl and serve it with Roti, chapati or Fulka.
●Garnish it with coriander leaves.
