Hello hiveans! Hope all are doing well and great.

When we talk about International cuisines they are widely used to make salad, appetizer and side dish recipes. I have got you a very simple easy and quick recipe that is Italian style baby potatoes. It would work great as a appetizer or a starter.

If you are Fan of Italian cuisine then this dish will make you fall in love. This tempting recipe will provide your hunger soul of relief.

We have added cheese i.e parmesan cheese as it is an Italian dish, chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper powder, this herbs could perk up the taste of Italian style baby potatoes.

Hence roll up your sleeves and get started to cook a feast to remember for life.

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes
Butter
salt
Cream
Oregano
Chilli flakes
Pepper
Grated processed cheese.
Parsley

METHOD
1.Boil baby potatoes ๐Ÿฅ” and peel them.

2.Cut them into halves and keep aside.

3.Heat butter in a pan.

4.Add potatoes and saute on a high flame for 4 min till potatoes turn golden brown while stirring continuously.

2.Add salt and saute on meduim flame for 1 minutes.

3.Add fresh Cream, the cream blends with cheese to provide a rich texture to the baby potatoes.

4.Then add Parmesan cheese. If you don't have parmesan then use cheddar or mozzarella cheese.

5.Then add red Chilli flakes, Oregano, and fresh grounded black pepper.

6.Mix well and cook on meduim flame for 1 min while stirring occasionally.

โ—Serve the Italian style baby potato immediately garnished with Parsley.
