Breakfast Recipe-Open Semolina Bread Toast!
Hello hiveans! Welcome to my blog with lots of love and smile.
Last 1 week was so busy that I didnot get time to write my blog. So many functions was going in my hometown and I was busy to attened them all and huhhh....now I am free..
So after attending a lot of functions today I thought to make delicious breafast which can be made so quick and have different taste. It is Open Semolina bread Toast.
I remebered when I was in College I used to prepared this Semolina toast in minutes with less ingredients. And It can be kids lunch box also. You can add veggies of your wish like carrot, beetroot, corn spinach etc.
So lets see how this recipe turns out-
Ingredients-
Rava- (semolina) 1 cup
Curd-½cup
Green chili-1tbspn
Tomato-½cup
Onion-½cup
Capsicum-½cup
Mix herbs- accordingly to taste
Salt-to taste
Butter-2 tspn
Sugar -½tbspn
METHOD-
1.In a bowl take curd.
2.add semolina and water.
3.combine all the ingredients well and make a batter.
4.now chopped all the veggies I have capsicum, greenchili, onion and tomato here.
5.combine all together and add sugar,blackpepper, herbs and salt.
Mix all well.
6.further rest for 10 mins till semolina turns soft.
7.now take bread slice.
8.heat tava and apply butter and tost it on tava.
9.then spread rava batter and toast it on tava.
10.apply butter on the edges and roast it.
11.once the rava side is roasted then turn the other side.
Roast both the sides till the it turns golden and crisp.
12.finally, its done now cut the toast and serve it in a plate.
