Chur chur naan is north Indian Dish which is made up of plain flour dough with paneer, potato and mix of herbs stuffing in it. We can have it with chole (chickpea) or Dal Makhni for satisfying meal. Today I made green chutney for different flavor with Naan.

Lets see what we need..

✅cottage cheese -1 cup
✅ginger paste- 1tspn
✅onions-1 cup

✅coriander seeds-1tpn
✅garam masala- ½tspn
✅salt- to the taste
✅dry mango powder-½tspn
✅finely chopped corriander - as needed.
✅oil/ghee- for cooking the naan

METHOD

  1. In a bowl take all purpose flour, sugar, salt , baking soda and baking powder. Add ghee and Mix all the ingredients well.

2.further add curd and mix till it is well combined and knead a soft dough. Then grease the dough and cover it will oil and keep it for 2 hours.

For stuffing

  1. In a bowl take chopped onions.

Then add boiled potatoes mash the potatoes properly

Add spices red chili powder, salt, dry mango powder, garam masala and give a nice mix

I have made cottage cheese at home only.

For that We have to take 1kg milk and boil it.

Then add lemon or vinegar I have used here powder to curlde it. After adding it stir it and strain it. You can see how nicely the paneer came out. Hung it for 1 hour in a cloth so that extra water can b removed from it.

Now add this paneer to the potato mixture and mix once again so that everything is well combined.

Now take the dough after resting it and knead one more time.

Divide it in equal sizes.

Now take one of dough ball ,roll it , smear some ghee and roll it..

Now roll the dough and stuff a ball sized mixture and seal well.

Now sprinkle some corinader leaves and press it.

Now roll gently.

Heat skillet...
Place the naan on hot tawa.
Cook it nicely

Flip and cook from another side too. Then cook naan directly on flame till they turn golden brown.

Make sure the naan is cooked well from the edges too.

Now spread butter or ghee over Naan. If you want to crush the naan slighy you can do it.

And now its Ready to serve.

Enjoy

Hello Preeti
such a nice blog. According to me or many others, the winter season is the season of recipes. Food bloggers feel excited in winter. A few days back I visited Chandhani Chowk. During the morning times, there is a dish known as Daulat ki chaat is very famous. It is only available in winter mornings because it is made up of milk.

After that, I eat Amritsari naan because I thought I could only eat those outside as it is cooked in tandoor. But I can see you just make it using tawa. Now I will try this recipe at home and will share my experience with you.

Thank you so much.
