Road to Champion in Rocket League! 2v2 Gameplay with Commentary and Rocket Pass Updates!

Hello, gamers. I hope you are doing well.

Rocket League is getting close to the end of another long season. With just a couple of weeks left in the season, I want to play more and get a few more rewards from the Rocket Pass tier. Also, this would be my final push to get to Champion rank. I feel like I can pull it off before the end of the season.

I have played a lot of Rocket League throughout the year. I just checked and I have clocked over 1300 hours playing this game. It is one of those games which is super easy to understand and get into but very tough to master. It has a lot of game modes but my favorite is the 2v2 Duel, where the playing area doesn't feel too big or small and it's perfect for 4 cars. Anyway, here is me playing some games and putting my thoughts out on the game!

It was an interesting session and like always, the first couple of games were tough, it took a few minutes to warm up completely and adjust to the pace of the game. Most of the games were going like one win and one loss until the last couple of games when I won both of them in a row.

I was solo-queuing and it is a good way for overall improvement as each teammate has a slightly different playstyle, some tend to be very aggressive while others are too passive and you have to adjust for each one of them. But sometimes, you get a teammate who is complete shit and just blames you for all the mistakes even though they make a lot of mistakes themselves....lol

Anyway, leaving all that aside, the funniest part of the game has to be the own goals!

Diamond is very competitive, I started at Diamond II Division IV (I think) and stayed in the same division. But something that I noticed during that session is I felt more comfortable with the Octane car, not the Fennec that I started with. Not sure if it was because it took me a while to warm up or was just the car that felt much faster and somehow psychologically helped me play better xD.

Rocket Pass Update and new drops

With just a few more days left until the end of the season. I am at Rocket Pass Tier 194. I have some eyes on more rewards, hopefully, I can get those before this season ends.

I checked my career records and saw that I completed 6800 games!! I got a healthy win percentage of over 52% and over 12000 career goals!

Rocket League made a terrible decision to ban the item trading which is a big bummer for all the community. Hopefully, they will take it back and not let this decision destroy this beautiful game. I opened a rare crate and found a new 'very rare' rocket boost, "INK". What's the point of getting all the fancy items if you can't even trade them with other players...right?

Pro Gamer Tips:

• You played well, but your teammate sucks!
• You didn't lose, server was laggy!
• Only if you had a better monitor and graphics card!
• Your little brother was playing the match!
• They were smurfs!
• You didn't sleep for two days straight!
• And the most important one: They were Hacking!
