Hunting in Emerald Coast in theHunter: Call of Wild

Hello and Welcome back to my blog!

After a long time, I played theHunter: Call of the Wild with @bemier. We restocked our bags with proper callers, weapons, ammo etc and got ready to hunt in Emerald Coast, Australia.

This map is famous for having an ample amount of big animals to hunt including Banteng, Saltwater Crocodiles and Kangaroo and Red deer.

It was a clear day, not enough clouds in the sky, perfect for hunting. Bemier hunted a few deer with bow and arrows at the start while I just watched her. After some time, I joined the party and both of us went towards the Eastern Coast to hunt the deadly Saltwater Crocodiles. She got some new gear and it was time to use them.

There were a lot of Banteng around this part of the map and @bemier made sure that none of them saw another day. She went on a rampage and tried to extinct these Banteng out of this map. I played my part in it too.

They didn't like us getting close to them and some of them tried to take revenge for their fallen mates. Well, they got the same treatment...lol. But this was not the case with Crocodiles. These bastards are too aggressive and territorial.

We hunted a lot of them as well. Some would retreat to the water as soon as they heard or saw any of us but some stood their ground giving warning calls.

One of them got their revenge when he came out of the water and attacked me from behind. It was a quick attack and I was already weak from a hit by an angry Banteng.

Beril failed to save me yet again from a Crocodile attack. But this time she killed it and took revenge on behalf of me.

We killed a lot of animals in this session. Our favourite target was the big Banteng because they are slow and big targets. Sometimes they come towards you if they get aggressive or defensive which makes it easy for you to kill. You just have to make sure to have a heavy rifle or shotgun which can take down these big animals before they hit you and kill you.

Hunting on the coast is quite fun, especially if you are not alone. Using the bows is fun too. They are silent and you can take down multiple animals from the same group without putting a lot of hunting pressure on the same area.

This map is gorgeous too. Very pleasing to the eyes filled with a lot of different species of animals.

We played together after a long time and it was very fun. I felt sorry for those Banteng towards the end though. They were wiped out by an angry hunter...right @beril?

I hope you liked this adventure. I took fewer photos in this session as I was too engulfed in playing it. It was a lot of fun, hope you had fun reading too.

Until next hunt...

It's great to play with friends, especially when it comes to hunting these ferocious creatures. Those bantengs certainly seem to be strong, one of those horns can certainly pierce the body of any hunter, so I see it's better to be far away XD.

Maybe...lol

They keep adding new maps to the game and this one came out last year so they had time and resources to make it better than the rest, I guess.

Oh, please. They seen worse days. I am just trying to have fun !LUV.

Beril failed to save me yet again from a Crocodile attack. But this time she killed it and took revenge on behalf of me.

You are the one who is careless. I cannot jump infront of them right? I was telling you " A Banteng is coming from your back!" I literally was screaming...

Oh and;

What a nice photo. Did you get enough sunlight?

I didn't know that other weapons besides ribles could also be used, although now that I think about it, it's a hunting game, it makes a lot of sense. In general in video games I always enjoy using bows like the Paris prime in Warframe, although maybe now it's too nerfed and out of meta.

Good hunting brother, I love to see how you can hunt in this game, I'm sure it's very relaxing and you can hear the animals that make you relax even more.
