An Action Packed Prologue | Finally playing GTA V for the first time
Hello gamers, hope you are all doing well.
I am excited to tell you that I finally decided to play one of the most popular titles of all time, GTA V. I got this title for free years ago on Epic Games but haven't played it (if you can believe it).
It is not like I didn't want to play. In fact, I am a big fan of the Grand theft auto series (who isn't...right?) but my toaster of a potato was stopping me each time. I tried to play it once but it was lagging so badly that I decided to leave it until I get a better PC.
Now after a couple of years, I have a new SSD and more RAM I decided to give it a go and to my surprise, it was running much smoother this time. Sure, it had some frame losses and glitches here and there but it is playable now and that makes me super excited.
Okay, enough of the boring stuff, I went straight into the story mode and the game started with a bang. What a dramatic prologue.
We start on a heist and are trying to rob a bank. I was playing Michael. We blew the vault door and took the cash. On our way out, a security guy held me at a gunpoint, this introduced us to one of the best mechanics in the game. You can switch the character which you are playing with and I switched to Trevor and killed the guy.
On our way out of the bank, we encountered a heavy police force and had to get past them. The shooting and combat in general, feel so smooth in the game and headshots reward you with instant death and are so satisfying.
I liked that the game wasted no time and put me straight into what I expected from a title like this. I was digging this action and chaos right off the start. When we managed to get rid of the initial barrage of cops and started driving. We got chased by the cops again and this time we managed to get rid of them but our car got wrecked.
But that didn't last long and one of the guys was shot along with Michael. And more police vehicles came in but Trevor decided to hold off the cops and didn't run from injured Michael.
Trevor took hostage a girl but then decided to run away from there.
Now we cut to a cemetery and Michael watches the proceedings from nearby. How exactly he ran away from the situation is not clear, we may get to know about the details later.
This marked the end of the prologue and we see the iconic GTA V logo. What an action-packed prologue, I am already liking the game. Just from this first mission, I can see that I am going to love this series. I have worked so hard to stay away from all the spoilers. And please no spoilers in the comments as well xD
But let me know in the comments if you played this (I assume most of you have) and how did you like the game?

I have played this games like millions of time , and this was one of my favourites since I was in my early teens !
You could explore so much more in it , it is also quite addictive (haha)
I guess everyone played it but me...haha. At least it is playable on my PC now and I wish I had infinite time 😁
Btw, did you complete the story missions or like every other player distracted by the things you could do in the city?
Completed some missions but ofc like others got distracted after exploring the city , doing random things (those where more fun ) haha
