Nutritious banana flower Fry

The specialty of this banana flower fry is that it contains a high percentage of iron. Banana flowers provide vitamins A, C, E, fiber, potassium and many other nutritional needs. This curry is a popular dish in Asia and can be made inexpensively at home using readily available ingredients. I have prepared it in a unique way. Let's see what materials are needed.
Materials Used.
A banana flower of medium size. 250g.
A chopped tomato.
A finely chopped onion.
3 green chilli pods, finely chopped.
Finely chopped curry leaves.
A little crushed garlic.
2 Tablespoons of corn flour.
Salt to taste.
Coconut oil required for frying.
Some water.
1 Teaspoon of sugar.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1 Teaspoon Of crushed chilies.
Method of making.
Let's first take a big pot and put water in it and add some salt and turmeric powder. After that, take the banana flower and cut it into four pieces in a long shape. Leave it for about 5 minutes.
Next, we will remove the pieces of the banana flower in water mixed with salt and turmeric and boil the banana flower for about 5 minutes with the help of a steamer.
Now cut it into regular pieces.
Now we add some corn flour and salt to it. Mix it well.
Next, we take a vessel and add coconut oil to it, put it on the stove and after the oil heats up, half fry the banana flower pieces .
Next, we cut onions, peppers and tomatoes into small pieces.
Next, we take the food in a cooking vessel, add about 2 table spoons of coconut oil and put it on the stove, after the oil heats up on a low flame, fry the crushed garlic and curry leaves. Next, the same onion. Add green chillies and tomatoes. Take it lightly.
Now add some salt, chilli flakes and sugar to it and mix well. Next, add the fried banana flower pieces to it and after 2 minutes remove from the stove.
