Hunt for Seafood in a Resto with Aesthetic Natural Nuances

In this post I want to share my culinary hunting activities in the Bireun district. I really like hunting for food in cafes or restaurants that are currently viral on social media. Some places that seem unique always attract my attention to visit.
Although sometimes the location is quite far from where I live. As I did this time, I traveled from North Aceh district to Bireun district. It at least takes less than 1.5 hours by riding a motorcycle.
To go to this restaurant, I took the Medan-Banda Aceh national highway, we went when the afternoon would be suitable for us to enjoy dinner at the restaurant we were going to. We really enjoyed the afternoon trip while enjoying the sunset with its orange hues on the western horizon. After arriving in the Bireuen district area, we chose the route Jl Elak, Reuleut, Bireuen, Bireuen District.
This restaurant is about 10 minutes from the city center and is in an area where there are indeed many cafes and restaurants on the side of the road. This area is the center of shops, cafes and restaurants that provide drinks and food to be enjoyed. Most cafes or restaurants in this area are built with elegant and aesthetic interior and exterior appearances.
The restaurant I visited is located in the Mns Reuleut area, Kec. Juang City, Bireuen and easy to find with google maps, because this restaurant is on the side of the road. This restaurant looks quite luxurious with a minimalist exterior design that is elegant and aesthetic. They built this restaurant with the concept of nature and gogreen, in every corner you can find various types of plants planted.
The restaurant area is greener with various types of trees and flowers planted on the side of the restaurant. Flower pots were also seen lined up on each side of the guest seating. Even though this restaurant area looks not so wide, it can accommodate hundreds of guests who can sit at tables and chairs in the hut.
In this restaurant there are various types of menus, both fresh drinks and food. They provide vegetables, seafood and meat which can be processed with various types of popular aceh specialties and a mixture of Javanese and Padang flavors. This time I ordered: grilled tilapia, shrimp in sweet and sour sauce, stir-fried broccoli, fresh fruit and squash drink.
Grilled tilapia weighing about 2.5 ounces served with soy sauce. During the burning process, it seems they smeared oil and spices for burning fish. Sweet soy sauce is added with soy sauce and chopped tomatoes, chilies and shallots. The fish meat burns well, is soft and doesn't have a fishy smell. This grilled fish is suitable to be enjoyed with white rice.
Panamen prawns that have been cleaned head and tail are cooked in tomato sauce. This gravy seasoning is processed with a sweet and sour sauce. Before adding the spices, they first sauté the shallots, tomatoes and green chilies which are then cooked until hot with a mixture of spices and shrimp. In the process of cooking when it is almost cooked, they also add pineapple, which adds to the sour taste of this sauce.
In appearance, this broccoli stir-fry looks very simple, they include about six pieces of broccoli which are sautéed together with tomatoes, shallots and bird's eye chilies. They stir-fry by adding clear broth (natural white water) so that the broccoli stir-fry looks gravy and oil.
For dessert, I ordered a serving of fresh fruit consisting of red cucumber, dragon fruit, melon and papaya pieces. In one portion it consists of 6 pieces of fruit for 3 types of fruit. Meanwhile, I ordered a squash drink, it's a soda mixed with red syrup and orange syrup flavors.
Prices for food and drinks at this restaurant start at IDR I5K, for example for fruit and vegetables. Meanwhile, meat and seafood dishes are available starting at IDR 35K. There are many menu variants with different portions and a few menus are provided below the price of IDR 10K.
Not only to enjoy the culinary delights they offer, but also to enjoy the interior and exterior nuances of their restaurant builders. The feel of nature can be felt when we are in this restaurant, the brand also turns on natural, aesthetic music that brings us to nature even more while enjoying seafood.
