It doesn't look like gas and electricity prices are going to drop by this winter, so it's better to have a plan for the cold now.
I searched for a long time for the most economical solution and today I found it...I'm moving!

Why not move a little further?
Here you don't need heating, gas and also electricity is free with solar.
