The consequences of the decisions you make today, you will assume tomorrow

Many people are unaware of the fundamental role that the decisions they make on a day-to-day basis play in forging their future. They believe that there are coincidences and that those who succeed is because some kind of chance benefited or helped them.

Coincidences do not exist, causalities do

But the more I think about it, I realize that coincidences do not exist, causalities do; that is, if you see a person who became rich working in a few years, it was not by chance, but by the law of cause and effect.

That is, the person made an effort to work, learn and perform in the best way in what it did, and thus it obtained wealth. No one gave that person anything, and yet most of the people around her will envy her and think that she was lucky to become a millionaire by doing almost nothing.

And it is there when we see that, generally, the effort that a person makes to achieve any goal is only evident to the person who makes it, and sometimes, to a few close friends. Let's take another example; when an athlete wins a gold medal in the olympics, people only see the prize the athlete got, and they assume that it has great physical condition because it was born with it; or was somehow blessed by the gods with physical gifts that few people have.

But few can see and understand the reality, which is that athlete worked hard training for years to be able to achieve success in his sport; that is, said athlete got to have an extraordinary discipline and work capacity, above average, to be able to overcome so many athletes who were competing for the same medal.

Effort goes unnoticed by most people

It is precisely because of what I mentioned before that we can realize that the effort goes unnoticed by most people, but the prize or reward does not. That is, people see when someone succeeds in something (wealth, fame, fortune, power, etc.), but they do not understand that the reward or award was the result of long-term, goal-oriented effort, and a well-do things.

And then we often wonder why the world is going the way it is... But therein lies part of the problem; In the ease that prevails everywhere today and in the blindness of people to realize that the effort precedes any success that can be obtained in life.

Let's understand once and for all

So if we see someone who became a millionaire thanks to Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency, let's stop thinking that it was because they were lucky, or because said person was simply predestined to be a millionaire. Let's understand once and for all that behind all success there is an effort, a discipline and a mentality that led to correct decisions and actions.

Let's also understand that whoever is achieving success today (of whatever kind) is because one day he made a decision to achieve such success.

And let us understand that the weight of the decisions we make today will allow us to succeed or fail tomorrow, depending on how correct or incorrect those decisions are. And let us also understand that even the fact of not making momentous decisions in our lives, is a decision that will end up generating results in the future.

In other words, the success or failure that we can obtain in the future, with respect to our goals, will depend directly on our decisions and actions (both those we take and those we omit).

Because, if, for example, today we are diligent to work, learn and develop ventures, it is most likely that tomorrow (in the future), we will obtain stability and financial wealth. But someone who does not make an effort to work, undertake or improve himself, will never be able to reach a goal of wealth no matter how much he wants it.

Because, although it is true that desire is the basis of success, desire without effort, without decision and without conscious action is not capable of generating the desired success.

Of course we must understand very well what we consider, on a personal level, success in our lives; but once it is clear, what we must do is consciously work to achieve it. If we do so, we will know how to make the right decisions that will lead us towards our personal goals.

Let's just always remember that the consequences of any decision we make today, good or bad, we will end up assuming tomorrow. And the hard work precedes success, because the only place where success comes before hard work is in the dictionary.
