"Nature Provides A Feeling of Solace" (A collection of flower photography)

I wasn't feeling well in the morning so I took a rest until lunchtime. It turns out that I only had to have a good rest to resolve the headache that I was feeling earlier. I don't often take medicine to relieve simple health issues like headaches or even the early signs of flu. Sometimes a simple rest or sleep while drinking plenty of water will resolve those kinds of issues (especially in my case).

After I woke up from my nap, I went to the backyard to have a look at the flowers that had been blooming lately. I also had a brief walk around our neighborhood to check out the rest of the flowers as well. This is the kind of activity that makes me feel calm and relaxed. By simply observing the beauty of nature, we will feel solace even though the surroundings are noisy or chaotic. Whenever I still have time, I will go to the nearest park or nature reserve and feel the way nature silences the negativities and noise of the surroundings. It is also where I feel healthier because I'm away from the pollutants of the surroundings.

There are plenty of benefits that you can get from nature other than being amazed by its beauty. It has the capability of regenerating no matter how much destruction it takes. It only needs time for it to heal and recover until it achieves the same state it had or even reaches a better state after that.

Hopefully you will recover soon, I feel the same as you,When I'm sick, for example headaches, flu and fever, I also don't want to take medicine, even rarely.But I just chose to rest and drink enough water.
