MAD Project is a well-intentioned organization that recognizes the importance of technology in today's society and seeks to equip individuals for the ever-evolving world of technology.

The Davao Defi Community (DDC) is a group of individuals in the Davao Region of Southern Philippines. The members of this group are interested in blockchain, Web3, Metaverse, NFT, and Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Through the efforts of Chris Rice (@chrisrice), the community account of DDC was already onboarded on Hive and most of their members.

The community came from a diverse group of individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and expertise, including developers, investors, and enthusiasts.

DDC's primary goal is to promote the adoption and understanding of DeFi in the Mindanao Region and beyond its borders, by providing educational resources, creating meetups and events, and facilitating discussions, partnerships, crypto education, and collaboration within the community.
