D.Buzz Tricycle Promoting Hive in Davao City, Philippines
I am a newcomer here in Davao City, Philippines but one of the most interesting sights that caught my attention is the presence of the D.Buzz Tricycle roaming around the City which in turn promotes Hive in an unconscious way.
The D.Buzz tricycle that travels around the City of Davao picking up some passengers within the city is a sight to behold especially among D.Buzz users as well as Hive users who happened to witness how the owner really loves to promote D.Buzz and the Hive community as a whole.
How Did the D.Buzz Trike Materialize:
According to Kenny Owano (@kenny.rogers) on Hive, a former Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) from Japan, he is really a fan of Hive and D.Buzz in particular due to its decentralized nature.
Kenny is one of the few persons who was introduced to me by Chris Rice (@chrisrice), the founder of D.Buzz, when I moved here to Davao City to venture once again into a start-up and to revive my independent news website, PhilNews.XYZ.
Kenny told me during a conversation that due to his busy schedules with his studies and plans to return to Japan, hopefully in the next few weeks, one of his close friends, Allen who took care of the D.Buzz tricycle and used it as his main source of daily income.
The former OFW and Hive user @kenny.rogers rented out his tricycle with a P160.00 ($3.00) per day charge and Allen was so grateful for the opportunity given to him by Kenny.
Tricycle Driver Grateful to the D.Buzz Trike:
With the use of the D.Buzz tricycle, the driver Allen's life change dramatically because he longer need to spend some money for his personal service and for the transportation of his children on their way to school.
The D.Buzz tricycle driver Allen also stated that he earns at least P300.00 ($6.00) to P600.00 ($12.00) per day which is already enough for their daily food consumption.
Allen the driver was also grateful to Kenny because of this opportunity and he is allowed to use the tricycle anytime he wants or whenever he wants to get rest he could do it without somebody telling him to stop for he controls his time on when to look for passengers.
Aside from the regular income that Allen gets for picking up passengers in various parts of Davao City, he also got another income from his sidelines.
According to Kenny, the driver had his own strategies in order to get more customers. He was able to make a good deal with some neighbors who have their children going to school.
Every month Allen was able to collect at least P2,000.00 ($40.00) total per month for the five (5) students whom he will serve to school back and forth. This is indeed a good strategy for Allen to secure a month's income and there's no need for him to look for passengers because he had some closed deals.
The D.Buzz Tricycle was bought by Kenny one year ago, around January 2022. It was roaming around Davao City, Philippines for the past year and probably more and more people did notice the design of the tricycle, particularly the D.Buzz Logo.
The D.Buzz Trike & The Hive Rally Car:
Although the D.Buzz tricycle is not that popular compared to the Hive Rally car with a huge number of articles based on the claims of the DBuzz Tricycle owner, before the Hive Rally car was introduced, here in the Philippines we already have the D.Buzz Tricycle, but I'm not really sure who really come first the rally car or the D.Buzz trike.
The Rally car is very popular on Hive because of the fact that it is the very first car participating in a rally that is wrapped around Hive logos and other materials. Hive user @ssekulji, one of the early adopters of the legacy blockchain is best known in the Hive community as the owner of the well-known Renault Clio Rally5 car that participated in various competitions in Europe.
Due to the Hive.io rally car's popularity, a mini-documentary was even produced by the producer of the highly anticipated "Freechain," documentary, Lord Butterfly's (@lordbutterfly) team who went to Novi Marof track in Croatia to shoot the mini-documentary.
According to @lordbutterfly on her post, Hive through @valueplan has hired her team that's working on the Freechain documentary to make a min documentary film about the Hive rally team. The purpose of the mini-documentary is to both showcase the car as well as the experience of the driver (@ssekulji), a long-time Hive user.
Valueplan was also responsible for sponsoring the rally car and wrapping it in Hive colors. The car will represent Hive in all the big World Rally Championship races.
To know more about the Hive.io rally car, just watch the mini-documentary and the story behind @ssekulji, the owner of the rally car, by following her on Hive and reading one of his posts here.

Hi @doze,
Can you kindly make a line break divider that follows the D.Buzz theme of our logo?
And a second one with the phrase : Discover the Buzz ?
