Tomate Mozza chaude

Salut à tous, une version revisitée de la célèbre salade tomate mozzarella.

Ici une version chaude sur une base de tomates farcie.

Une farce à base de boeuf haché et salade verte hachée, du pain sec trempé dans du lait, plus la chair hachée chapeaux de tomate.

Une fois vos tomates vidées, les remplir de farce et les faire cuire au four environ 30 minutes.

Sortir du four et déposer une demi boule de mozzarella, remettre au four un bon quart d'heure.

Au moment de servir mettre du basilic frais ciselé.
