Salade de choux fleur
Salut à tous, le choux fleur cru en salade c'est excellent.
Une petite sauce à base de jus de citron, d'huile d'olive, de coriandre en graines, de curry et des baies de Sichuan.
Le choux fleur doit être le plus blanc possible ce qui est signe de fraîcheur.
Détacher les gros bouquets pour bien laver le choux felur et ensuite le redétacher en tout petits bouquets pour avoir le moins de tige possible. Si vous êtes économes faites cuire les tiges et mixer les avec de la crème pour avoir un velouté.
Bien mélanger avec la sauce et mettre un film alimentaire puis laisser au réfrigérateur quelques heures.
