It is a blessing to be a parent. the hardest thing in life is to raise a human being. the excitement and joy of new life comes with a unique charm.
Around the world, there are different traditions and rituals associated with raising a child at different times in his or her life.
Today I will bring to your attention a Bulgarian ritual and tradition from past times,which is connected with the first steps of the child.
The ritual is performed after the child stabilizes his walking.
The mother prepares herself the day for this ritual. She kneads a ritual cake, arranges a table with treats and invites relatives and children to attend the ritual.

On a separate table are arranged various objects from home,as well as possessions that have emotional value.
A clean cloth is spread on the ground and the ritual cake is rolled on it. After the ritual bread, the child walks to the table with the arranged objects.
Today this ritual was performed in the home of my little nephew Dimitri,who is taking his first steps and showing that he has walking legs.
A very sweet and exciting moment in the lives of young children.
Tradition has it that the first object a child picks up will influence his future life.

• Mithi, took the apparatus'Elka' used by my brother,who is not with us. He was a construction technician by profession.
  A worthy man's profession - to grow up healthy and smart like his grandfather and be a good and hardworking man like him.
• The second item the kid picked up was a screwdriver - a companion to my father's life,who was an electrician by trade.
  The universe helped this unconscious kid to choose worthy male professions,of his ancestors,who were worthy hardworking and good people.
  And the last object Miti took was a pen.

To accomplish the first two things you must be literate.
A symbolic ritual,in which hope and faith in the future life of the little boy is instilled.
Traditions and rituals from ancient times, passed down from generation to generation.
They preserve our faith and nationhood.

Hola a todos los usuarios de la comunidad.
Es una bendición ser padre o madre. lo más difícil en la vida es criar a un ser humano. la emoción y la alegría de la nueva vida tienen un encanto único.
En todo el mundo hay diferentes tradiciones y rituales asociados a la crianza de un niño en diferentes momentos de su vida.
Hoy voy a llamar su atención sobre un ritual y una tradición búlgara de tiempos pasados, que está relacionada con los primeros pasos del niño.
El ritual se realiza después de que el niño estabilice su marcha.
La madre se prepara el día para este ritual. Amasa un pastel ritual, prepara una mesa con golosinas e invita a familiares y niños a asistir al ritual.

En una mesa separada se colocan varios objetos del hogar, así como posesiones que tienen valor emocional.
Se extiende un paño limpio en el suelo y se hace rodar sobre él el pastel ritual. Después del pan ritual, el niño se dirige a la mesa con los objetos dispuestos.
Hoy se ha realizado este ritual en casa de mi sobrino pequeño Dimitri, que está dando sus primeros pasos y demostrando que tiene piernas para caminar.
Un momento muy dulce y emocionante en la vida de los niños pequeños.
La tradición dice que el primer objeto que coge un niño influye en su vida futura.

  El universo ayudó a este niño inconsciente a elegir profesiones masculinas dignas,de sus antepasados,que eran dignos trabajadores y buenas personas.
  Y el último objeto que tomó Miti fue un bolígrafo.

Para lograr las dos primeras cosas hay que saber leer y escribir.
Un ritual simbólico, en el que se inculca la esperanza y la fe en la vida futura del pequeño.
Tradiciones y rituales de tiempos antiguos, transmitidos de generación en generación.
Preservan nuestra fe y nuestra nacionalidad.
