RISK BEHIND REARING BROILER BIRDS FROM DAY OLD // LIFE OF A LIVESTOCK FARMER.
If majority of livestock farmers, poultry farmers to be precised are asked to give where they find rearing broiler birds most difficult to rear,I am very sure most of them will mention rearing broiler birds from day old. There are high risks behind rearing broiler birds from day old.
The mortality attached with rearing birds from day old is very high because they are still babies. That's why most people do not like rearing broiler birds from day old, they prefer to start rearing from 4 weeks till they are harvested. Because people believe that day old birds are easily prone to diseases or viruses because their immune system can't carry any disease or virus at the baby stage.
Moreso, the risk of administering vaccine for the birds is another reason why most people don't like rearing chick birds. That being said, during the course administering some might vaccines fail without your knowledge or without you being aware. A lot of risks;they mustn't get too cold, their water must always be cleaned and changed, the litter materials must be changed at all cost.

Also thanks to @balte , @schlees and @satren for their upvote. I really appreciate.
i heard that rearing birds or chickens is not as easy as one might think. there are a lot of risks involved. not to mention a day-old baby chicken, even the one ready to harvest can be wiped out just by a day.
always all the best my friend
Thanks so much
