I GUESS MY POULTRY FARM BUSINESS AND VIEWING CENTER CAN COEXIST;300 HBD LOAN DOWN THE DRAIN BUT STILL ALL THANKS TO FELIXXX.
I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.
This post may sound like a post of appreciation to everyone but to me it goes far beyond that. Almost everybody knows for quite a while now that I run a Poultry farm typically and basically for business purpose and if I am not mistaking, that should be going to about three years now if not more. I wouldn't lie, a lot of things I have achieved through this business and I never for once regretted doing the business.
As time passes by, I observed that Poultry farm business is becoming a messy business and I asked myself, what if I venture into another business that will fetch me money if not even on daily basis but at least weekly. That's what brought about the idea of establishing a viewing center in my community after series of survey. I used part of the money for my Poultry farm business to finance the view center with the intention to start with the new batch which is the 14th batch rearing and raising Broiler birds but at reduced number from my usual 150 birds to 100 birds, just to have space to finance the view center project.
....Of course they can.
The coexistence of both my Poultry farm business and the development of the view center want to become a little bit dicey such that I am feeding 100 birds and I am developing a viewing center with inflation getting the better side of coexistence. Everything becomes choke that I had start powering down and at a point, I had to sort for loan from @felixxx when everything started hanging on my neck financially. All thanks to him for the loan opportunity. Meanwhile, the 300 HBD is basically for view center project. So from the loan I borrowed I have to be feeding 100birds that are consuming one bag of feed within 24 hours and at the same time developing my viewing center.
.....what about the high cost of goods and services?
Aside the fact that the issue I have mentioned above, inflation is playing its own in already frustrating scenario. The price of feed keeps increasing, the same ad the price of building materials like; roofing sheet, planks, nails and some other things. Another thing, during the development there are expenses that were coming up that I didn't even plan. The loan wasn't even enough, I'm not a fan of taking loan but at this junction I don't have any other choice.
