As it's advisable that Investors should not invest during the bull market,the same thing is said to be advised that selling the bear market is not a good move. It's an investment blunder for any Investor to think of investing when the rate of the cryptocurrency is high or is in the green zone. There is usually a time to sell and time to hold your coin. Specifically, the bear market is known to be a period to hold until when the bull market shows it face.

Bear market is the 20% decrease in the rate of cryptocurrency price which literally indicates to hold until the market rebounds.

Though if I must say it's easy for some Investors to hold their coin during bear market,this is because they have different source of income such that where money is coming in for them is many. So they don't see their cryptocurrency investment as the only source where they can fall back when they have any financial set back. It's easy for hold during bear market if different source of income is available.
