I am back - Dragon Age: Inquisition [ENG - ESP]
I'm back?
I think so. These days I've been doing daily streams on Vimm (or at least I've been trying to). I've been at it for about a week now, thanks to the valuable help of my good friend @morenow. Without his support, I probably would have had a much harder time getting back. Making streams has become a habit for me, which will make a lot of things easier when it comes to creating content for you guys.
Believe it or not, a gamer can stop playing games. That happened to me in the last few months. It was kind of sad, as I couldn't concentrate on the games and always had my mind on other things, which made me lose all interest in them. I hope to be well received again and that you really enjoy my posts. I'm a bit rusty with writing 😅. Today this post may not be too special, but I promise the next ones will be much cooler and better made. Now that I've put them in context, let's move on to another topic.
Epic Games has slowly been erasing their evil imprint from my heart, since at least I used to detest their platform and everything to do with it, but they've been giving away great games for quite some time now and it's undeniable that they're doing things very well.
One of the games they gave away recently was “Dragon Age: Inquisition”, and even though it's been several years since its release, it's still an amazing game. I hope you were able to claim it as well.
I'm pretty sure I played this game a long time ago on my PS3. I remember its cover and some details, but I forgot almost all of its story. That's why playing it again after so long feels pretty fresh. I don't think I'll make gameplays of it, as they would be too long, but there's no doubt I'll stream it.
Just imagine that on a quiet day an explosion rips through the sky, connecting our world to another. Sounds crazy, doesn't it? Well, that's exactly what happens in this game. At first, we seem to be the culprits, or so we are led to believe, as we don't remember anything and have a strange control over the greenish rift that separates the two worlds. We are found in the middle of the rift, which is quite suspicious, and that is why we are feared and questioned. Will we be someone evil? We'll see, at least so far my decisions have been good and I'm not entirely sure if they will change anything in the story, we'll see.
What really surprised me about the game was its gameplay, as I didn't remember it being so tactical. At the beginning, the game forces us to create our character, the protagonist of the story. However, you soon realize that you can not only use your created character, but also command several characters and plan their moves in advance. It is a perfect game for strategists.
In addition, you can equip all the characters that accompany you on your adventure, which translates into many hours of gameplay and a lot of grinding. I don't know if I will dedicate enough time to complete it 100%, but I will definitely finish it.
I decided to create a rogue elf with a bow, thinking it would be easy to take on enemies from a distance. However, I was wrong. Also, instead of starting my quest on normal difficulty, I chose to start it on hard.
Is the difficulty noticeable? Yes, of course it does. There was one part of the game where I had to face a giant boss while commanding all four of my characters at the same time. It was very tricky, as I had to heal the tank, then the mage, and the heals were limited. I'm sure I reattempted that part in stream more than four times before I managed to pull it off.
Character customization isn't too extensive, but it's not vague either. In fact, I liked it. If the system was a bit more detailed, I think I would have spent an hour just customizing the character's nose.
Visually the game is very nice and its snowy setting gives it a special touch, I don't know, I love the snow, I think the white of the snow always stands out with the mountains and forests, something similar happens to me with a reserve in the game theHunter.
I have several more things to tell, but for now I think that's enough. I felt good writing this, I think I missed it.

¿He vuelto?
Creo que sí. Estos días he estado haciendo streams diarios en Vimm (o al menos lo he intentado). Llevo aproximadamente una semana en ello, gracias a la valiosa ayuda de mi buen amigo @morenow. Sin su apoyo, probablemente me habría costado mucho más regresar. Hacer streams se ha convertido en un hábito para mí, lo cual me facilitará muchas cosas a la hora de crear contenido para ustedes.
Aunque parezca increíble, un gamer puede dejar de jugar. Eso me pasó en estos últimos meses. Fue algo triste, ya que no podía concentrarme en los juegos y siempre tenía la mente en otras cosas, lo que hizo que perdiera todo el interés en ellos. Espero ser bien recibido nuevamente y que realmente disfrutes mis posts. Estoy un poco oxidado con la escritura 😅. Hoy puede que este post no sea demasiado especial, pero te prometo que los siguientes serán mucho más geniales y mejor elaborados. Ahora que ya los puse en contexto, sigamos con otro tema.
Epic Games poco a poco ha ido borrando su huella malvada de mi corazón, ya que al menos yo solía detestar su plataforma y todo lo que tuviese que ver con ella, pero ya lleva bastante tiempo regalando juegazos y es innegable que están haciendo las cosas muy bien.
Uno de los juegos que regalaron recientemente fue "Dragon Age: Inquisition", y aunque ya han pasado varios años desde su lanzamiento, sigue siendo un juego increíble. Espero que también hayas podido reclamarlo.
Estoy bastante seguro de haber jugado este juego hace tiempo en mi PS3. Recuerdo su portada y algunos detalles, pero me olvidé de casi toda su historia. Es por eso que volver a jugarlo después de tanto tiempo se siente bastante fresco. No creo que haga gameplays de él, ya que serían muy largos, pero no hay duda de que lo transmitiré en stream.
Tan solo imagina que en un día tranquilo una explosión rasga el cielo, conectando nuestro mundo con otro. Suena loco, ¿verdad? Pues eso es exactamente lo que sucede en este juego. Al principio, parecemos ser los culpables, o al menos eso nos hacen creer, ya que no recordamos nada y tenemos un extraño control sobre la grieta verdosa que separa ambos mundos. Nosotros somos encontrados en medio de la grieta, lo que es bastante sospechoso, y es por eso que nos temen y nos interrogan. ¿Seremos nosotros alguien malvado? Ya lo veremos, al menos de momento mis decisiones han sido buenas y tampoco estoy del todo seguro de si estas cambien algo en la historia, ya lo veremos.
Lo que realmente me sorprendió del juego fue su gameplay, ya que no lo recordaba tan táctico. Al principio, el juego nos obliga a crear nuestro personaje, el protagonista de la historia. Sin embargo, pronto te das cuenta de que no solo puedes usar a tu personaje creado, sino también comandar a varios personajes y planificar sus movimientos con anticipación. Es un juego perfecto para estrategas.
Además, puedes equipar a todos los personajes que te acompañan en tu aventura, lo que se traduce en muchas horas de juego y mucho grindeo. No sé si le dedicaré el tiempo necesario para completarlo al 100%, pero definitivamente lo terminaré.
Yo decidí crear un elfo pícaro con arco, pensando que sería sencillo enfrentar a los enemigos a distancia. Sin embargo, me equivoqué. Además, en lugar de comenzar mi aventura en dificultad normal, elegí por empezarla en difícil.
¿Se nota la dificultad? Sí, claro que sí. Hubo una parte del juego en la que tuve que enfrentar a un jefe gigante mientras comandaba a mis cuatro personajes al mismo tiempo. Fue muy complicado, ya que tenía que curar al tanque, luego al mago, y las curas eran limitadas. Estoy seguro de que reintenté esa parte en stream más de cuatro veces antes de lograrlo.
La personalización de personajes no es demasiado extensa, pero tampoco es vaga. De hecho, me gustó. Si el sistema fuese un poco más detallado, creo que me habría pasado una hora solo personalizando la nariz del personaje.
Visualmente el juego es muy bonito y su ambientación nevada le da un toque especial, no sé, me encanta la nieve, creo que el blanco de la nieve siempre resalta con las montañas y los bosques, algo parecido me pasa con una reserva en el juego theHunter.
Tengo varias cosas más que contar, pero de momento creo que es suficiente. Me sentí bien escribiendo esto, creo que lo extrañaba.

Que bueno verte nuevamente querido Perce, probé el juego apenas lo regalaron. El online realmente fue muy malo, pero leí reseñas de que el singleplayer está bastante mejor.
Si, opino lo mismo. Yo le dije a @morenow para jugarlo pensando que se trataba de la campaña en multijugador, pero luego probé el multi para salir de las dudas y me decepcionó bastante, ojalá se pudiese disfrutar la campaña en cooperativo. Gracias por recibirme, se aprecia mucho.
Tremendous graphics that game has, I was a witness of all this in the stream, in fact I could see when you put the South American nose. It's not an easy game from what I see but it looks like it can hook us for several hours straight. The screenshots look great.

Tremendos gráficos tiene ese juego, yo fui testigo de todo esto en el stream, de hecho pude ver cuando le colocabas la nariz de suramericano. No es un juego fácil por lo que veo pero se ve que puede engancharnos por varias horas seguidas. Las capturas están geniales.

Ese Dragon Age es un juegazo, también lo jugué en la PS3 pero en mi caso recuerdo que como era una PS3 chipeada, el juego me daba un error siempre en el mismo lugar después de 2 horas de juego y nunca pude acabarlo jsjs. También lo reclamé en Epic, sé que es viejo pero me sorprendió lo diesen gratis.
Por cierto, juegazo el Orc Must Die 3 que también regalaron hace poco jaja.

I remember my first PS3 was hacked too, but that game I bought it myself from a store that auctioned off those games no one wanted. I don't think I ever finished it, but I did spend as much time on it as I did on Skyrim. I have to try Orc Must Die 3, I just picked it up, but I don't know what it's about. Mi mayor problema con Epic es definitivamente su launcher, el hecho de que a estas alturas del partido no te permita MOVER un juego de su carpeta de instalación de una forma amigable con el usuario como podrías hacer en Steam deja mucho que desear, pero como dices con el tiempo van mejorando.
En cuando al Dragon Age, nunca he jugado uno y la verdad es que este así por encimita no es lo mio, pero después de verlo un poquito más en profundidad por tu post un chance le doy en algún momento.

I find the launcher horrible, it lags sometimes, but lately the downloads have improved, at least I feel that everything downloads much faster than before and it doesn't limit my Mbps. I used to hate the platform, but it's not bad that they give away so many great games.
I think Dragon Age is not a game for everyone, it is a bit chaotic to move the characters at the same time and can be quite uncomfortable and frustrating at first because of the tactical camera. Although I like it, I can say that it is not my kind of game, I like strategy games, but not like this gameplay. Still I will pass it, it's pretty good and I have a long time without passing a game. Sería bueno que estuviesen todos los de antes, ojalá vuelvan y puedan permanecer constantes, no es nada sencillo hacerlo, pero se puede. Ojalá puedas mantener el ritmo esta vez.
El launcher me parece horrible, se me laguea a veces, pero últimamente las descargas han mejorado, al menos siento que todo se descarga mucho más rápido que antes y no me limita mis Mbps. Antes si que detestaba la plataforma, pero nada mal que regalen tantos juegazos.
Pienso que Dragon Age no es un juego para cualquiera, es un poco caótico lo de mover a los personajes al mismo tiempo y puede ser bastante incómodo y frustrante al principio por el tema de la cámara táctica. Aunque a mi me gusta, puedo decir que tampoco es mi tipo de juego, me gustan los juegos de estrategia, pero no como este gameplay. Aún así me lo pasaré, está bastante bueno y tengo tiempo sin pasarme un juego. Gracias por pasarte.
