My new Bubu gown dress as a new month special gift to myself.

Hello hive

A big greeting with a hug from me to you all to make your day, and a happy and blessed new week and happy needleworkmonday to you, how are you all doing today and how was your weekend, I'm sure everything went perfectly fine, I'm here today to share with you all on the steps I carried in making this beautiful new Bubu gown dress as a new month gift to myself.

A seamstress lacks no way to surprise their selves or their children, seamstress actually makes things happen, and sewing is a choice and the best choice from the heart., Making this choice requires someone to stand fame, focus, much time, calculation, and concentration, thousands of people believe that sewing is illiterate work not knowing that they are fooling themselves, I'm so proud to say that sewing is the best school in the whole and anything concerning needle I love it, a lot of them don't want to settle themselves down and learn, I stand now to congratulations all the needleworkers for choosing a good choice because needlework is not easy work, I always said that cutting is the most hardest work in sewing, sewing might be easy in some part, there's not a professional seamstress in this world because we learning every day by sewing, I wanted to sew a normal simple free gown but I remember I have them so I decided to make it a Bubu gown so I brought out the Ankara fabric that I was given by my mom and the white material is for pocket and sleeves binding.

The procedure.

I folded the fabric into two and measured out the full length and measured the shoulder length, I now measured out from the top shoulder part down to my ham hole length then I took my body measurement divided by four, and drafted it down to the hem of the length I then put in 3 inches for sewing allowance and the free allowance and I cut it out.

After cutting out the front side, I folded the fabric again into two, placed the front on it then cut it out.

I now went to the sewing machine and joined the back and front shoulder together.

I marked down the front two side pocket points and cut out the pocket pieces cut out the white pieces and bind the pocket mouth, then I now placed them on the front dress then I sewed them down, and at the same time, I cut out 3 inches of the white material and bind the hem of the sleeves.

I went ahead and joined the both front and the back dress together then I bent the down hem of the dress i then used my black bias and turned in the neck point as the finished work.

Here is the outcome of my Bubu gown.

Here are the simple steps I carried out, the gown looks nice, but it didn't take me time to finish it because it is simple, how do you guys see it?

Thank you all for reading through and have a nice day.

You look a m a z i n g dear friend @pepefashion !! I adore the fabric - the colour and pattern are just the kind of fabric I love best; flowers, sacred geometry, circles, and vines... The style is just perfect too: really young and fresh, vibrant. I hope very much that you enjoy wearing it to the maximum! Happy days to you and happy work!

😇 😍
