Skillet- Christian Metal Superstars and my Rising Star Report 10/01/24 ⭐🌟

Skillet is a Christian Rock band that began in the mid-1990s and continues to produce and perform to this day. Skillet was the product of two bands that united and their sound has become famous among fans of Christian Metal and Rock fans.
Skillet came about in 1996, when mainstream Christian Rock Superstars including Switchfoot, the Newsboys and DC Talk were performing and molding the scene. Like DC Talk, this band was formed as part of a mission and has been focused on people find Christ for almost three decades. It's great to see bands like this one and The Newsboys who have evolved their style and stayed in the public eye for decades while spreading the Good News of Christ to all who will hear.
Skillet broke through in 2003 and 2006 with their "Comatose" and "Collide" releases which were lauded on the Billboard and Christian charts. The band adopted a Pop-Metal sound that was in vogue at the time and their sound became similar to Trapt and Puddle of Mud. I remember these releases when I was in college, and both secular and Christian artists played these records. Two of the band's songs become WWE themes and the music they produced did chart as well as earning them Dove Awards.
Skillet has a distinct Christian metal sound, and their music has been commerically successful on Atlantic Records. Like Switchfoot, this band has become a mainstream choice for secular and Christian fans of metal and Rock. Skillet's style evolved throughout the 1990s and 2000s to include popular Rock styles from Grunge to Pop-Metal.
My Rising Star Report 10/01/2024:
My cadence for claiming Starbits and for music lessons has been set, and I am watching my ego score. My goal is to maintain the level below 10% and aim closer to 7% using music lessons. This constitutes my active in-game strategy currently.
I am also still involved with record staking. It's alot of fun to gamble on records for payouts, and with the price of Starbits so low, it's possible to become profitable after a time while fine tuning a portfolio of records to stake Starbits on. Passive income is a wonderful thing, and I will keep staking on records to earn more. I can buy 100,000 Starbits for less than 1 SWAP.HIVE and am having fun buying NFTs and record staking while Starbits are so cheap.
