EU invests 500 billion a year in green companies, this is how you can profit!
25 % growth per year
Due to de European Union’s Green Deal, an investment of 500 billion euros per year is done in the entire sector of green energy, waste reduction, water energy, hydrogen, batteries, etc…
This means European companies are going to profit immensely from this. Most have grown quite substantially in the last 10 years. For instance Sika, a company that produces sustainable building materials, it has grown 400 % in the last 10 years.
Invesco Solar ETF (TAN)
This ETF is a perfect example of an investment opportunity that is a no brainer. This ETF is spread over 44 different shares in the solar and climate sector. Which will be substantially subsidised in the next 5 years, there is no doubt it will boom.
But there are also some very interesting shares that could be a perfect opportunity for your portfolio.
Like Air Liquide, that invested a lot in “green” hydrogen. A 10 % growth per year is predicted for the next 5 years.
And there is also Xylem, a company that produces water pumps that reduce the CO2 output. Xylem has had 10 EUR of profit per every 100 EUR of revenue for the last 10 years. The share price has doubled every 5 years since it stock market launch.
