Seafood wrapped in banana leaves

Hello, today I have another delicious menu from my house to share with you. Today it will be a menu that requires a lot of effort and difficulty because the ingredients we use today include banana leaves that we bought. From the morning market, then there is the sea, shrimp, crabs, fish, discarded fish that we got from the morning fresh market. Today's menu we will add fresh coconut milk as well. In Thailand, it is called seafood hor mok in banana leaves. The first step we have to Take the banana leaves and cut them to fit the wrapping. Cut and then grill the banana leaves over a low heat until the banana leaves are soft. Then we clean the banana leaves and set them aside to wait in the dormitory. The shrimp and squid shop has everything ready and set aside. Our curry paste is finely chopped, consisting of dried chilies, shallots, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves. Cut into small pieces and add to a fine pounding. After finely pounding the chilies, add a little shrimp paste, then scoop out the chilies that we pounded. Then put it in a container and season it with fish sauce, seasoning powder, oyster sauce, a little sugar, add shrimp and crab and mix together the eggs. There is no recipe, I can estimate the amount, so just add a little bit of each and mix together to determine the taste. Just enough, add coconut milk and mix everything together, then wrap it in banana leaves and ready to steam it. After wrapping it, we need to heat it to a boil. Add enough water to heat the pot that we set for boiling. Then you can steam the steamed steamed rice until the steamed steamed steamed until the steamed steamed rice is just right. Then you can eat it with hot steamed rice. For those who like to add fresh chilli, it can add even more deliciousness. I'll try to follow along. Yes, very delicious.
