World Spaghetti Day + Día Mundial del Espagueti [Eng+Spa]
It's the 4th of the month, and it's Thursday, it hasn't really been a day with anything different. As I said in a record a few days ago, we have free the first week of the year, so there are not many offices open until Monday the 8th. I have been sleeping little from yesterday to today, I got distracted reviewing some things that were shared with me by the email, and then I entertained myself with some YouTube videos that I found interesting.
I shouldn't throw off my sleep schedule, but it's like when I found a fascinating book. After I start reviewing it, I lose track of time and may stay awake from one day to the next while reading it. At my age that's not healthy, actually, I don't think it's healthy at any age, so I have to try not to make these messes often.
I'm going to comment better on today's #History anniversary, which is 'World Spaghetti Day'. As you can see, it is an issue in the area of #food and #cooking.

Es el día 4 del mes, y es jueves, en realidad no ha sido un día con nada distinto. Tal como dije en un registro de hace unos días, la primera semana del año lo tenemos libre, así que no hay muchas oficinas abiertas hasta el lunes 8. He estado durmiendo poco de ayer a hoy, me distraje revisando algunas cosas que me compartieron por el correo y luego me entretuve con unos vídeos de YouTube que encontré interesantes.
No debería dejar de lado mi horario de sueño, pero es como cuando encontraba un libro interesante. Luego de que comienzo a revisarlo, pierdo la noción del tiempo y puede que pase despierto de un día para otro mientras lo leo. A mi edad eso no es saludable, en realidad, no creo que sea saludable a ninguna edad, así que debo tratar de no hacer estos desastres a menudo.
Voy a comentar mejor sobre la efeméride de la #Historia de hoy, que es el ‘Día Mundial del Espagueti’. Tal como puedes ver, es una cuestión en el área de la #comida y la #cocina.

I must confess that I have a preference for pasta, so this presentation of thin and long pasta, of Sicilian origin if I read correctly, is among the ingredients of my favorite food. I couldn't find a specific reason why Americans chose this date for their national celebration, which later became international, but I assume it has to do with some important milestone for the Italian-American community. At least I hope that's the reason.

No pude hallar la razón específica de que los norteamericanos eligieran esta fecha para su celebración nacional, que luego se internacionalizó, pero supongo que tendrá que ver con algún hito importante para la comunidad ítalo-americana. Al menos espero que esa sea la razón.
Por cierto, se puede decir que celebré bien el día, pues preparábamos espaguetis en casa hoy y nos quedó bastante bien.

quier acompañante. Demasiado sabroso.
Sí, además son muy sencillos de preparar y se pueden combinar con una amplia gama de ingredientes, para dar una increíble diversidad de platos.
Incluso recuerdo una ensalada fría de atún con pasta, o la pasta con crema de leche y picadillo de carne de cerdo, o la pasta con pollo y vegetales…
