All human beings on the planet are talented and well gifted in one area or the other.

Haitians, how is your character as a writer? Does it depict your writing as a content creator? I left this question for you to answer for yourself.

I am putting this write-up for everyone to put their character on check and turn away. Talent television us to the world and bad character disqualify us from the world.

A man who has talent but lacks character is like unstable water or like a stammered man and unreliable. He can't be trusted for something. Some people on Hive can create contents and make money and contribute value to the system of Hive Blockchain, but they are not available. What I mean here is being consistent in whatever thing we are doing.

People need to understand that,' ability and availability' are major things to be seen in a man who is gifted. This makes a good character.

However, some people in business, relationships, professional leaders are no more trusted with their characters. People do not understand that, character makes your talent outstanding in any field of life. Leadership is all about the quality of moral force, or character.

Your business can fail because you don't know how to talk to your customers.

Talent without character is like a shooting star. It shines brightly for a moment, but then is gone. Character is crucial in our lives. We need to develop our moral standard.

Purposeful leaders don't solely focus on their talent only, but they also focus on their character. Knowing fully well, if their character fails, they are bound to derail from the path of achieving their purpose.

Nevertheless, many of us prioritize reputation over character. And, reputation has a way of destroying and not sustaining us because it is not based on reality. Character is based on reality, it reveals who we are. People see the true or real us through our character. Reputation vanished, but character stands forever.

Therefore, the best thing to do as a gifted person is for you to maintain your character and your integrity. When this is done, people will respect you for your talent and you for your character.
