Betrayal!

You raised a flame so furious it consumed my soul,
Feelings roaring like the majestic march of a tsunami,
Rolling, tumbling, rumbling,
By and by, hard and die,
Emotions running head over heels,
Beaten to a total surrender,
But lo! Flawlessly has the subtle seige of treachery triumphed,
For am shattered beyond smitteries,
So many tiny pieces out of one,
What a hit of betrayal!

So sweet were your words,
Like nectar to the thirsty butterfly,
But I never knew it was a brewing drum of vinegar,
Like Sun to the dry-hardened earth,
Some did your words soaked me,
Like Ice to the aching cheeks,
So were your touches,
But so just is the act of Macbeth,
When it lies side by side with your deeds to me!

Oh! "Hell hath no fury, like a woman's scorn", says the Holy Book,
Yes! A thousand hells hath no fury, like a lover's betrayal!
The shouts of a thousand enemy soldiers,
The thud of a milion battering rams,
Raises so little a chaos in the heart of men,
When compared to the treat of a loving betrayal!
