SOMESHWAR TRIP BLOG || EXAM DAY😃
Hello everyone.....
I hope you guys are fine and doing great in your life.....
So, I have been inactive here for a while and couldn't post regularly because I was preparing for an exam. The exam was for the position of forest guard, as I mentioned in my one of previous post that government job is one of the best and secure job options for the lower middle class in India. Due to the whole day office work and exam preparation in the evening, I couldn't find time to post regularly.
Anyway, now that the exam is over, I will try to post regularly from now on. Talking about today's blog, my exam center was in Someshwar, which is located 45 km away from Almora. My friend and I left in the morning on our scooter and reached just 5 minutes before the exam started due to the bad road conditions.
The exam center was in a beautiful school in Someshwar, After all the formalities, we gave the exam, although the exam was average, since the exam was of 2 hours, but whatever I knew was done in 1.30 hours.
After the exam, we were very hungry and someone told us about a famous restaurant where they serve tasty mutton rice (meat bhat). We went there and had a satisfying meal,
although Someshwar was hotter than Almora. After having lunch, we drank sugarcane juice and then spent some time in the market.
On our way back, we found a fresh local juice shop where we had kiwi juice and bought a few bottles to take home.
After walking a bit, we saw a beautiful café named Guldar Valley which was located near the river and had stunning views. We had tea and sandwiches there and then went to the river where we played with the fish and got rid of all the tiredness.
Although it was getting late, we headed back home and thus, a beautiful day came to an end.
